We received great customer service from Andy in the window department.He was extremely helpful. Andy even helped me cut the wood trim pieces correctly. Thank you Andy, Home Depot needs to hire 100 more people just like you. Stay with with company, you are a great asset for them to have on board.

We were greeted at the door when we entered. We were asked if we needed help a couple of time while searching for what we needed. One of the employes was very friendly to a family that was not far from us. The service at this location was amazing. We were very pleased with the whole shopping trip at this location.

I was going have have Home depot install my tile floors. The tile was $3.00 a square foot. For them to install it was $14.00 a Sq foot. Corporate greed at it finest!

Went here for sand. Was lifting some 60lbs bags into my cart, put one back because it had a hole in it and was leaking some sand. Employee comes up and asks if I need help because they're heavy. I say no, but slip on some sand while lifting the second bag and he LAUGHS. Very unprofessional! He proceeds to put a bag in my cart for me when I said I did not want help and I put my bag on top of it. If I'd asked for help, different story, but I did not and he was quite rude for laughing at me.

Friendly staff when I had questions and the parking was plentiful. Every time I go here for something, I usually find what I was looking for. This was close to me so nothing to complain about there. The aisles looked organized and clean. I had to return a few things here in the past and didn't have any issues with those transactions. Overall, I had good experiences all of the times I've been here and I will be back in the future.

Many departments from this store are very helpful but recently I've had a not great experience. The paint department seemed like a ghost town when I walked in. There was one employee standing in the aisle seeming to be zoning out looking at a section of the aisle. He was tall and skinny with black medium length hair. I waited at the order zone for what seemed like 5 minutes and he did not check to see if anyone was waiting at the paint desk. Another customer came over and waited with me for a while. After 10 minutes I decided to leave. I would expect someone working there to see it was busy in the store and frequently check for people.

Wow after reading all these bad reviews I'm having a hard time believing it. I walked in The Home Depot to buy a washer, dryer & a refrigerator and I had the greatest sales person. I want to thank Mike for his knowledge of the appliances and being so friendly. Mike made this a great experience for myself and my wife. Thanks to The Home Depot and Mike I'm sure the move to our new home will be easy. I believe in, You can do it and we can help!

This BMW bike can park on sidewalks that were made for people. Elderly people, people on walkers, wheelchairs. NOTICE the access ramps. I guess that bike is more important than people. How SELF FOCUSED can you be. I had to get back in my car. Load my Walker and park elsewhere. Thanks BIKER DUDE.

Carl Y, an Assistant Store Manager, refused to price match a valid, advertised product (and refused to allow me to speak with anyone else). He stated that because it's another Home Depot, not "other retailer" it doesn't count. This is completely illogical, if they were the same retailer, I wouldn't have to ask them to price match because the price would be the same. I spend thousands of dollars at Home Depot yearly, it is very disappointing that they will not even honor their own published policies

Don't believe the Home Depot app when it refers you to a store that claims to have items available for purchase. We went there looking for an item that the app said they had four (4) left of. Got there, no item. Although the app said I could have clicked on the item and had it waiting for me in two-hours (curbside pickup.) I know, because I was able to take that process almost all the way to the end. (I didn't follow through because I didn't want Home Depot tying up my $$ until they figured out they couldn't fill the order.) There was one saving grace in the store...a young man who looked for our item diligently for TWENTY minutes. He surmised that the item got it that day, and is stuck/hidden in the back, and no one put it out. It was later in the evening (830pm) and he was only covering the department. It wasn't his usual stomping ground. Yet he still worked VERY steadfastly to try and help us. Very admirable quality.

Worst customer service ever!!!! I ordered a security door from this location early January and paid to have Home Depot come out and measure my door to ensure appropriate measurements. I received a call 5 weeks later, saying my door had arrived, but I would need to wait an additional two weeks to have it installed. When they arrived to install it, it was not the door I had ordered. It opened on the wrong side and was a completely different color. I immediately called Home Depot to notify them of the issue. I was assured I would receive a call back the same day. I continued calling daily for an entire week before I was finally able to get an answer/update, at which time I was assured they had expedited a re-order of the correct door. I was then assured they would check the new door when it arrived to ensure it was the correct one. After waiting an additional 5 weeks, I was again told my door had arrived and the install was again scheduled. Again, it is not the correct door. Home Depot had not done anything to compensate me for my inconvenience. I will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.
