Someone hit my brand new truck. my insurance company recommended Gerber. They were very professional and kept me informed through the whole process. My truck was made new again, (Replaced the rear bumper, painted bumper ends, installed the new tow pieces.) looks beautiful and I am very happy! I do recommend Gerber, the staff is so nice and helpful.

Greeted by Jina at the front who was awesome. Mo was assigned to me to coordinate his team of technicians to do my body work and windshield repair. As someone who has done my own body work and automotive painting restoring classic cars, I will say this group of technicians did a fantastic job getting my truck restored to new. The workmanship is excellent and the customer was top notch.

Would NOT recommend. Made a 1pm appt 10 days out for the initial intake. I make arraignments with my job so I can arrive on time to the appt with Gerber Collision( mind you this location is 15 min from my job). Get to Gerber at 12:58pm and check in with the front desk. Front desk let me know the intake specialist is just finishing up his afternoon meeting. 5, 10 then 15 min pass. I go back to the front desk advised that I need to leave at 1:35 to get back to work on time. Front desk goes back and 2-3 min later the intake specialist walks out ( who knows how much longer I would have needed to wait if I didn't get up and ask again). I ask the intake specialist why my 1pm appt is at 1:20 he said have you ever been to a doctors office. I replied this is not a Doc office and told him I do not want them working on my car.
if you value your time you will look elsewhere, if not this is the perfect place for you.

Punctual, friendly, and honest- what more could you ask for? Went on my lunch break for an estimate and was taken care of by Nato. I’ve been having a streak of bad luck but I’m pretty sure he broke it. Thanks for all of your help Nato, you made my day.

Brought our car in after a small accident, staff were very nice and helpful. Repairman was cordial and informative about what needed to be done. If I ever have the unlucky event of needing them I would 100% come back!

Worked with Nato (Fortunato Garcia) on TWO claims that occurred within 30 days of each other. He took the reins on communication with the 1st claim’s insurance and 2nd claim with the State Trooper’s ‘Risk Management’ department giving me a whole lot of relief in a situation I didnt know how to navigate.
Everytime I called Gina or Bonnie answered and they are so kind! Very patient in getting me to Nato so he could explain more when I had questions. If he doesnt know the answer he gets it for you! Nato is an estimator that knows more about cars than part prices and its so refreshing! If you get a rental covered through insurance (or the state lol) Enterprise is right next door and they return the car for you!!
Car was nice and shiny after a basic wash and vacuum when I received it after all the repairs were completed! Tire guys Gerber works with lost a custom valve cap, but really no big deal as its $3 to replace from Etsy.
All-in-all I had a wonderful experience and hope I’m never in a crash again- so I wish they had normal mechanics on hand!

After an issue with a car wash, the guys at Gerber were amazing, fixed my bumper & foglight to new condition! The paint job was perfect! Absolutely amazing job!!!!! Can’t even tell the foglight and bumper was destroyed. Thank you guys! & girls in the office for getting the payment from the insurance before my move to another state!
