They don’t have fitting rooms anymore - which would be fine if their exchange policy wasn’t absurd. Store credit only for clothes that could be damaged or don’t even fit, and only seven days even with a receipt. This company does not care any more. The prices are terrible too. There is no good will left at Goodwill. The associate we asked about returns since there weren’t fitting rooms withheld all of this information. Goodwills on the East coast have no such policies. We won’t be returning to AZ ones until this malarkey changes!

I bought an electronic item from a different store and it didn’t work even after I purchased missing the components it was missing, online. I tried returning it to this store since it’s only a mile from my house, and the manager tells me I can’t return the item to their location because it was purchased at a different store. It had the original tag on it and the receipt matching it (store number). I’ve never had this issue before while returning other items. Looks more like they don’t want a return reflecting badly on their store, rather than taking care of a regular customer.

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Frank as my cashier! I could tell he loved working.. great sense of humor, smiling and he did the most unbelievable Mrs Doubtfire!! I hope he is there every time I come in!!! He is a true asset !! Thanks Frank!!!!

They intentionally removed the mirrors from the wall so you can't try anything on over your clothes. the women dresses area is overflowing while there's a nearly free rack room between blouses and athletic-wear
