I used this Great Clips for the first time. My regular haircutter wasn't available and unreachable so I needed a new place for my haircut. Overall reviews looked good so I thought I would give this place a try. My barber was a really nice Asian lady. She did a great job and my wife liked the haircut a lot better then my previous barber.

It was busy and I also think the hair stylist doesn't really listen to what you want had to have her go back 3 times to trim my bangs. First thing I said I need my bangs at least up to my eyebrows. I waited 63 minutes for a haircut. Clean store just need more help.

I don't know if this is my fault for lack of information. But I wasn't really asking very many questions regarding what they were expecting for my hair so I assumed they had the right concept. I showed a photo of what the photo of what my hair used to look like was. And I just feel like they look very very different. Many people have commented about how bad my hair looks as well. I'm definitely going to have to pay to get it fixed unfortunately.

I have been customer for great clips for more than six years. The inconsistency is here and there. Doesn’t matter how bad it is or good, I would also tip as well. But Man! Today was the worst! I wish could have cut my hair by myself! I don’t know if I am going back to great clips agains. Such irresponsible way of cutting hairs! I gave three stars in rating because, I have gotten good hair cuts in past.

Really inconsistent cuts here. Have gone 3 times total, but the last time my hair was noticeably uneven all around. Had to travel to a different location with higher skilled employees to fix what they did.

Worst place ever. Full of attitude and rude.
With the running rate and tip, these guys are not making enough money to piss customer Off. I am not going to visit this place again.
