Older Hampton. Service and breakfast were well below Hilton/Hamptn standards. Diamond elite and they have a display showing snack choices then do not offer them. Tv remote dead, front desk not friendly, breakfast was awful. Good value since room was updated and hotel was quiet. Location is great.

They have mold. They smell like mold. They only painted over it. Had to cancel and go elsewhere. Health hazard here!
Rooms: Smells like mold, clearly painted over it instead of properly taking care of it.
Safety: Not safe at all to stay here!

Staff stood outside the door discussing their parole and probation, very loudly and for a long time.
Rooms: Rooms nice and clean. A/c was noisy.

Staff was great! The only problem was the noisy rooms. Every little noise sounded like it was in the room with you. From people walking and closing doors, to the ice machine and the elevator. Even with earplugs and the ac blasting, we could still hear everything.

My overall experience was fine, but this hotel was below average for an Hampton Inn. The check-in and the check-out process was straightforward. The room and the hobby were clean. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The gym was typical for this type of hotel. The area surrounding the hotel seemed relatively safe. The location of the hotel was very convenient, especially with the freeway close by. However, the breakfast was somewhat limited with no yogurt, granola, and milk available. Also, the outdoor pool was closed, and there was an additional $15 parking fee for a vehicle in addition to the room cost.
Rooms: The room was clean. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable.
Safety: The area seemed relatively safe.
Noteworthy details: There is a $15 vehicle parking fee.

Evening of 2/16/24....about 10:30Pm, there were several kids yelling and screaming for about 1/2 hour very near the front desk. We won't stay here again because the front desk can't seem to keep the place quiet at night.

Second time we've stayed there..first time they said they were under renovation..I believe we got the same fukd up room..elevator was dirty..rug in the room was torn.. bed skirt on one of the beds was half way off..it just felt dirty like before..the bottles of shampoo, and conditioner were empty lucky we took our own.

Electrical outlet face plates missing in 6th floor hallway. Droning noise at night in our 6th floor room (from something on roof above us? Bedspread didn't seem fresh. Surprised to see parking fee on final bill. Will go elsewhere next time.

We went on a quick getaway for our anniversary. At first glance, it looks like any other hotel room. After further inspection, the upgrades we found were really incredible! The bathroom was equipped with large affixed bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand soap. No itty bitty one use bottles! If that wasn't mind-boggling enough, there were outlets everywhere! And not just a plug-in here or there, they were several outlets, to include USB outlets! It was fantastic! We bring our multi plug adapter with us when we travel because there are so few plug-ins (and never in a convenient spot) were fighting for a chance to charge our devices. Thank you for an awesome stay!Rooms: All my comments are in our experience.Noteworthy details: The breakfast was delicious. More seating is needed.

There’s absolutely no way this is a 4 star hotel, it’s giving more like 2 star. The blankets are dirty, the blinds are dirty, the tub is dirty, the carpet is dirty, and the chairs upholstery is filthy!

No ice bucket in room, no hotel directory information in room, no laundry in building, ice machine on another floor, room sink did not drain well, slight signs of mildew in shower, toilet was very low in height. Staff was excellent. Some fruit in the breakfast are would be nice.
