Harter Park offers a great playground for ages 3‑11, with hardly any litter. Kids enjoy basketball on lighted courts, a volleyball pit, and cool down with water. Families can have picnics while 3 & 5 yos play and snacks are eaten. The park is clean, though some guests leave trash in the garbage can. Overall, it is a fun spot for play and snacks.
Nice little park. The Kids play area has wood chips and is shaded for those hot days. There is a covered table and bench to lounge at and a water fountain for both people and pets. The park has 2 large grass areas, a volley ball sand court and one basketball court.

Great playground for toddlers and preschoolers. For adults & older kids, basketball court and volleyball court. Also baseball area on Northeast part of park.

Lots of fun for my kids, will def be back to play basketball on a lighted court?
Playground: The playground is great for ages 3-11. Hardly any litter and my 9 & 11 yo had a blast. There were 3 & 5 yos playing while we ate snacks.
