I had such a wonderful experience at Helzberg Diamonds, even though I wasn’t originally a customer there. My fiancé and I were concerned about a ring we had purchased elsewhere, so we came in to have it tested. The store manager and her team went out of their way to diamond test the stone for us and confirmed that it was moissanite, not a real diamond.
What stood out most was their kindness and professionalism, they didn’t just stop at testing the ring, but the manager personally walked with us to the other store to ensure we had proof so we could get a refund. That level of support and customer care is rare, and they truly went above and beyond for us despite not making a sale.
Helzberg has definitely earned my trust, and I will be coming back as a customer in the future.

Excellent customer service. The ladies that were helping us are so incredibly kind and patient. Most of my jewelry is from Helzberg and Ive taken several pieces of jewelry to them for repair and they come out beautifully every single time.

My Parents and I had a wonderful experience here at this helzberg. Kris was very helpful and attentive and our diamond solitaire ring purchase was just beautiful. This diamond ring exceeded all of my mom's expectations and more, we will definitely be back. I highly recommend this store to anyone it has beautiful jewelry as well as an exceptional staff.

Great service! Krys was super nice and was able to help us out with everything we needed. She went beyond her role to provide an excellent service. Went to another Helzberg before coming to this one and the treatment was, lets just say not nice to be polite. My husband and I stopped in to see about upgrading my wedding ring. We were immediately greeted by several different ladies. We ended up working with Robin (the store manager). She was extremely knowledgeable and she shared several different options. We decided we would like to hand pick our center stone, so she ordered several different stones for us. We came in the next week to view the stones and it just so happened they were having a diamond show that day. Robin patiently, professionally and kindly showed us SO many different rings. We finally picked the perfect center stone, ring and enhancer…which created my custom wedding ring. Robin was amazing! We will never go anywhere else. She is all about customer service and she truly cares about her clients!!

UPDATE: I emailed the email in the reply from Helzberg but have not heard anything back. Its been a couple of weeks. Goes to show their replies are just for show! -Please be careful when purchasing from here. My husband bought a 14k gold semi solid chain that pulls to a magnet. He paid a SALE price over $2000. We went to the store to address our concerns and was given a paper for insurance purposes that is supposed to authenticate the chain and has the replacement value of $4999. The next day I took the chain to a precious metals expert and was told the chain is not pure gold. He said we can never resell it or anything. It's not worth anything more than something gold plated! Also my engagement ring that was bought from Helzberg but a different location is supposedly with $3000 insurance replacement but was in the store for $4500! We were advised to take a magnet with us to buy jewelry from now on and we will
