In the rare case like mine they make you produce a physical card for in store purchase and I lost mine so I'm out of luck except drive 40 min round trip to grab my husband's card that's connected to accountNever doing in store purchase again!Talk about being conscious of the planet . . .

I've experienced idiot customer service before, but the cashier lizzie had refused to help me and left me standing at the counter aimless after allowing me to come to her register. A better implementation is needed when you're next in line, and the cashier decides to take a break or walk away from her register.

My shopping trip for bootie socks for visiting guest is what brought me into H&M. I was looking for an inexpensive way to cover the foot after the removal of shoes. I walked in and there at the front were bins of socks. I think I would have spent less time if they were separated by gender and or size. 10 minutes later I found a 7pack and headed to the register. Only to have to go back because it was missing the pricing sticker. Well after additional time searching for an identical one, and holding up the line, the young lady called me and said, "she found a price." Better organized bins would probably increase sales. I did save a bit of money, so that was a good thing. The socks were a hit, and well received by my guest. Especially after they realized it was their's to take home.

On 6/7/2023 the cashier had a problem checking me out. There was no receipt to hand me. I said that I just looked up my credit history and I see the charge. Look I said. The cashier regardless registered the items I purchased again. I was double billed. I disputed the duplicate charge; however, the merchant has 45 days (07/26/2023) to respond. Thanks for hiring inadequate cashiers.

The current managers lack social skills, respect, and proper management, resulting in poor staff morale and high turnover. Unprofessional behavior, excessive scrutiny, and disregard for legitimate concerns make working under them mentally draining and depressing. It’s best to avoid working with them all together and this location.

Decent clothes at reasonable prices. I prefer it to the Gap as they have more choices.
