Never buy appliances from this Home Depot, I purchased a dishwasher during a sale. They delivered a broken dishwasher, are refusing to exchange it and are telling me to go through the manufacturer to get it fixed. So I paid for a broken new dishwasher.

I went to the location off Chandler Blvd and Alma School and asked an employee for help since the drill I wanted to buy was locked. He was nasty and impatient. He stared walking in front of me and said “well are you going to show me which one?” I let him know that I would walk before him to show him. He was very unprofessional and not nice. I told him that I would appreciate him dropping the attitude and he was still rude, just a little less. I told him that the only reason I needed his help was because the drills were locked. I hope they invest in customer service skills coaching for their employees.

They make paying the credit card so difficult because they want you miss a payment and cause a late fee.

I ordered something online that was going to be delivered the same day but Gus called me to say that if I bought the same product in-store I would be able to save $150 because of an in-store only special. It was so kind of him to reach out to me by phone and I appreciated the savings! That is true customer service! Thanks Gus.

But when I was going I met a guy who was so kind and asked us if we were okay and we told him we wanted help and it was an extraordinary experience. Very friendly, excellent worker, the boy helped us with everything, that boy is worth having as an employee here in the store, very friendly, charismatic, a very nice experience to serve customers, my respects to him, his name is pan🙏🙏

Terrible customer service. Two flooring dept reps gave incorrect pricing. Followed by
Western States Installed arrived stating unable due to toilet needed removal. Contacted Mgr Chris once again. He referred me to someone who assured me I would receive a call since there was a miscommunication with Delta Mechanical and Western States flooring. I waited 2and one half hours. No call from Home Depot. I Contacted Delta Mechanical
They advised me they had no knowledge of an appt for toilet to be removed. Had to reschedule both companies myself. In the future any issues I have Lowes will be my first call. I'm 79yrs old and know good customer service. This store is terrible
