I waited for 5 minutes at the pro desk while one of the ladies cleaned her area. never once asked if I needed anything. then I went to order pickup and they had to "verify" the receipt for an order that was placed.

NEVER EVERY buy appliances from this or any Home Depot! Washer and Dryer in home less than 2 weeks, damaging and ruining clothes. Tried to return and Neither Home Depot or Samsung refused return and will do anything. Both have said it's your problem now.

Just finished a small plumbing project at home. Would like to say that Dario Restrepo was very helpful. I'm not a plumber but with good advice, the job gets done. Dario gave me that advice. Now that is something you can't get at Amazon!

Wish I could give them minus stars. Poor service. Seems like the employees are inept along with attitudes. Must be a reflection of ownership! Won't ever go there again!

We love this Home Depot location! Jason in plumbing has helped us a few times now on projects we have been working on (industrial shelves/curtain rods/etc.) and every time we see him he has such a friendly and positive attitude. He goes above and beyond and is always happy to help. He is the best! The two gentlemen in paint were also very nice and helpful! Only negative I have to say is they do not enforce their employees wearing masks. One employee specifically had no mask on which I find rude and annoying.

Thanks to Ellen and José at the store on So Arizona in Chandler, AZ. My husband and I were there shopping for a variety of items this evening. They both stopped what they were doing to assist us as we had misplaced something that we brought with us into the store. They were very friendly making time for us, assisting us in our search. There were also a number of employees who were at the front of the store who tried helping us. I’ve always like shopping at Home Depot, but this story has some of the best employees.

This was my go to Home Depot store till I met Angela by the front desk ask for help with a Christmas tree was extremely rude acted like my business wasn't wanted left immediately never go here again I'll go to Lowe's

We had a custom door order with this store. The delivery date has been pushed back several times which is understandable ... BUT, yesterday was latest date- after many calls they gave delivery window between 8 am and 8 pm and they were a no show with no notification. Today the manager of this store refuses to speak with us- someone called and wanted us to call a number for delivery but this shipping company can't seem to find the doors- I am scoffing at their commercials now- worst customer service experience EVER.

We had significant water damage from a broken water pipe that ran for 4 days. Floors, cabinets etc. all needed to be removed and replaced. Went into Home Depot and met Haley Gibbons, the cabinet specialist. Haley Gibbons was absolutely wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable, detailed and absolutely excited about her job. Her customer service skills were excellent and she really cared about our needs. Excellent hire Home Depot.

Used to go to that store ... but no more after tonight unless they fix things up. Ordered a product online for pick up in store. Showed some stock but I guess the inventory on the website was wrong. Store just cancelled order (how easy for them) instead of trying to correct their error: source it from another store or headquarters ... or even have it ship to me from HomeDepot.com. On top of it, they now expect me to drive to the store to get a refund (again, due to their error). How is that remotely acceptable ? There is zero effort on their part to make things right ... and plenty to make it hard for the customer. Not sure if it is the store's issue or HomeDepot.com ... but neither stepped up to the plate. Not good, not good ...

This is the best HD I have been to. I rolled in about 20 minutes before closing looking for a specific item that was listed as in-stock on the website. I couldn't find it in the general area it should have been. I had to locate an employee to assist me and that he did. He looked up the item on his phone and said "oh yeah, we have 18 of those and they are in the garden section." They were there on a shrink wrapped pallet on the top shelf. A few other employees jumped in to help with the forklift and grabbing what I needed. Then off to check-out and at the self-service station another employee jumped in to assist me and ensured I was taken care of. Great experience from some stellar people. Thanks!

We went in today looking for a dishwasher. And the two ladies working in the back were sitting down just talking and laughing . We found one that we liked and asked her if they had it in stock. She replied with attitude we don't have any in stock it would have to be delivered. After she said that she was just standing there staring at us and so my husband said can you please check and see how long she let out this big sigh plopped on the chair and said nope we don't have any go to Spencer's because no one is going to have one in stock . We drove right on over to Lowe's customer service was excellent and helpful walked out had my new dishwasher and purchased an umbrella and a stand on top of that. I'm glad I spent my $1000.00 purchase at Lowe's. This was just a reminder why we hadn't been here in years.

Not that Home Depot cares, but here goes. Ordered a two pack decorative screen protectors from Home Depot.com nearly a month ago. Item had been delayed over and over again and hadn't even shipped by the estimated delivery date. After three weeks I finally got an email saying the item had arrived. I go and pick up the box and return home to find out upon opening that there is only one of the items in the packaging. Called the store and was put on hold for nearly an hour, drove to the store while still on hold to find out that no one was handling my inquiry. Here's where things continue to digress. I asked the first cashier if the second item was possibly there and overlooked, she looked in the back to no avail. By this time I was getting frustrated. Spoke with Levy (supposedly a supervisor) and he stated he would discuss with the person who is their vendor liaison. I provided my contact information and requested a follow up, knowing it was Friday afternoon, I wasn't expecting much until the following week. Well guess what, Tuesday still nothing. I was informed I could purchase another one and they would refund when it arrived, or I could just wait and see if it turned up. What kind of idiocy is this response??? Tuesday I called homedepot.com and was on hold for over an hour, the rep on them phone was pleasant and eventually Placed another order and credited some of the original purchase price. It was supposed to be delivered today. This morning I check and the item still ha not shipped, I received a phone call from the vendor who appears to have zero idea that there is expedited shipping, and I am where we started playing the waiting game and curious to see if the incompetence continues. Very frustrating. My business will be going to Lowe's from now on, as they seem to be a little more customer oriented.

Terrible handling here of coronavirus. Most employees do not have masks and are gathered at the entrance and exit laughing and carrying on with no protection offered for shoppers. Management here is pathetic not to pay attention. Of all the retail stores I have visited this one has the worst response to coronavirus
