Accused my husband of stealing a Stitch doll. They didn't remove the security tag at the register and we didnt notice until we went to another store and the alarm kept going off. Looked in the only bag we had. So my husband went back with the receipt and ask them to remove it. The ladies there Accused my husband of stealing it. Horrible service and rude people.

This was a nicer location. Most hot topics are crowded by merchandise, making it hard to navigate through the store. This one was open and clean, with space to look at items. Employees were nice and friendly.

Anytime you check out with literally anyone here, they’re rude as hell. Only a matter of time before this place goes out of business because they don’t know how to talk to people

Come shop and ask for Aspen!! Aspen helped us out and was very friendly and welcoming and an overall great employee! We originally were just browsing and asked her for help and she delivered by signing us up for a discount!! Thank you so much, she definitely needs a raise her customer service is everything!

This is another one that seems to withstand the test of time even though the demographic they're supposedly appealing to us the most online of any generation. Perhaps it's because they can't actually shop there so in person is their only choice. Either way, it's always a bit too chaotic feeling in there.
