Manager Amanda Vargas falsified reports regarding my refund. I have been waiting to hear from someone regarding the issue since February. I also nevwr received my refund. Do not get your taxes done with this H&R Block location!!!

This business is unprofessional & dishonest. Someone referred me to H & R Block & I picked this office as it was closest to my home. I dealt with Sushila Kulhari and though we never met in person, we were able to do everything over the phone. I sent her everything she requested & she quoted me a price of $250. At the last stage she asked me to send any tax info on any stocks or bonds I had so she could finish my taxes. I sent these to her & she called me the next day & said I owed $365 because she was unaware I had any stocks or bonds. I told her I only had $250 as that was her original quote. She advised me she would talk to her manager. Again, she called the next day, by now it is April 17th, & tells me that her manager said there were no discounts available. The message said that I could come in & get my taxes but only if I paid the $365. So they are literally holding my taxes hostage until I agree to pay the $365. This is the WORST experience I have had filing taxes in the forty-seven years I've had to file! DO NOT TRUST THEM OR USE THEM TO DO YOUR TAXES!

Have not been to HR Block in over 35 years. Through out the last 8 years my husband and I used turbo tax on line. My husband passed away recently so I was not 100 percent confident in the new tax laws .Dustin at the ray and rural office was AWESOME. He answered all my questions. Informed me of new tax laws and offered sound advise for some possible changes for next year.Thank youAnntonette Watson
