This rating is for the HEY Yoga Therapy program. I am plus sized, in a wheelchair (recovering from a neurological condition) I am very weak and have very little feeling in my body. I reached out to one of the owners, Donna, I wanted to take the training but was worried about my condition, I was assured it was going to be fine. It was definitely not. I was not able to participate in much of the physical practice, which has been very frustrating and upsetting. I signed up and paid the $600 deposit, which is non refundable. I was misled. They aren’t accredited by IAYT (which they don’t technically say they are), but if you want to get accredited, this isn’t for you.I also asked Donna about variations for plus size bodies and was told it’s not about my practice it’s about the students and clients. However, in the training it’s emphasized that we must personally experience this healing. The program is an absolute nightmare in terms of organization and tracking. It’s not on a professional platform, it’s all organized on google docs. It’s very overwhelming and stressful. When any of this is mentioned to Donna, she is very defensive. For a program like this, I was honestly shocked how I was treated by Donna. This actually became a traumatic experience.

I’ve been to a couple of classes so far and am already SO grateful for this place! The instructors are friendly, welcoming, and focused on each participant getting the most out of the poses and the hot yoga class reminded why I used to love it so much. Thank you to all who help make it a special experience ?

Jeff’s hot 26 class was great. You can tell he has so much experience not just with the yoga postures but as a instructor in general. He gave great cues, walked around the room to give individuals help and even managed to include the virtual class followers in. Cant wait to try more classes at the other locations as well.

What a wonderful studio this is! The philosophy of the owners and the instructors is one of caring, acceptance and respect. I've heard "Let yoga meet you where YOU are" many times at Inner Vision. So comforting to be in classes that are NOT about competition or intimidation; rather, it is about how yoga can bring caring, self-respect, curiosity, relaxation and openness to your body and mind.

This is my favorite yoga studio on the East Valley. Like who doesn't want to do yoga and check out a cool Lake at the same time? Also because you can choose between the three different Studios. I did monthly membership for a year and was going to two or three+ classes a week which is totally awesome. If you can't make at least two classes a week then I recommend getting the 10 class pass.Try all the different types. Vinyasa and Hatha is great, at the same time again and restorative will have you feeling super good. Get your flow on have a good time

I've only been taking classes here for a short time--all classes are currently online for safety during Covid. There's an excellent variety of classes! Teachers give clear instructions and always include and demonstrate different modifications to help you do each pose safely. It's a great online environment, and I hope there will be an online option even after live classes start back up!

I was very seriously harassed at this studio when I lived in AZ and for the safety of others, I do not recommend this studio or its long time to teachers to others.

The dedicated staff at this studio make it an excellent place to go for hot, warm, easy, difficult, and restorative yoga. So many options!!! Great experience.

I really thought I lucked out with a $19 intro deal at this studio. I was able to practice unlimited times throughout the month. The pricing options are pretty reasonable. The studio is located in a very busy strip mall. During peak times, it's hard to find any parking so I found myself circling the lot like a hawk. There aren't any showers offered but a small changing room and restroom... but again, the pricing reflects that. You're trading amenities for price. As for the classes, I joined the studio for the heated yoga but I was severely disappointed by Paige. Her attitude was condescending and unwelcoming. She had trouble giving direction during her flows and really lacked presence. I took three separate classes and was greeted with the same negative energy each class. Because of my bad experience with Paige, I started avoiding the hot yoga classes for the yin practices and more restorative classes. They were okay but lacked a lot of the adjustments that I'm used to with other studios. I would recommend this studio to someone looking for bare minimum. There seems to be a tight knit community with some of the older regulars but as a new member, I definitely didn't feel the love or sense of community that I was looking for. I won't be rejoining.

I purchase a Groupon for myself and my daughter to go try this location out for a month. I had called the day before as my groupon was not working and talked to the nicest lady on the phone , she helped me choose the best class for my fitness level as well as told me when I came in they would show me around and get us all set up ! I was so excited and impressed . ( I think they may have a general operator for all 3 locations , not sure ). This is when it flipped . We arrived and the lady at the desk was not pleased she was at work for the day . Complaining about it to other members that clearly knew her. She then just proceeded to point around telling me where things were and basically made us feel like we were a waste of her time ! It was very upsetting as this is supposed to be a place where we are in a good mood , but she was clearly irritated. We took the yoga class but it was not a friendly atmosphere, I left more tense than when I arrived . Waste of money for sure ! I have not been back as well as struggled with writing this review as we ALL have bad days , but that was just unacceptable
