We have been using IMP for years for the office I work for. Jason and his team consistently provide great service in a timely manner. They are helpful when I have questions or are unsure about a graphic I have created. They have also done a great job of keeping track of our past orders or designs as our team has changed over the years. I have appreciated how easy they are to work with!

Called Lisa at International Minute Press on Monday afternoon in a panic. I needed (40) color copies of pages from four different .pdf documents as soon as possible for a meeting on Tuesday! She didn't panic, asked me to send over what I had so she could put it together for me, sent me a proof, and committed to have it by Noon on Tuesday. Unfortunately, my meeting was at Noon, so she checked and got it moved up to 10:30 a.m.! Lisa, Adam, Jim, and Jason (and others that I'm missing) make this location my ONLY stop for my business printing needs....from a truly and SINCERELY grateful customer - THANK YOU!

Under-promise and over-deliver. That's exactly what they did. I had a small print job, but it was time-sensitive and for a client. Jim was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me make decisions regarding paper type. I was quoted a two-day turn around, but they exceeded my expectations by completing my order same day. The customer service is outstanding, as well as the quality of the print job. I'm very glad to have found them and will absolutely return.
