I've never seen a place so deserving of it's bad reviews. Worthless Sunday morning staff. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Perhaps the neighborhood can avoid this place and it will disappear forever. Good

Living about one mile from this location, I have been enjoying Jumbo Jacks for many years. I ordered for my wife and I last night on-line. I arrived about 10 min. after ordering. The first thing I noticed was that the crewmember I greeted did not smile and was not friendly at all. I ordered 2 jumbo jacks, 2 tacos and a large french fry order. None of the food was hot and the jumbo jacks and the fries in particular seemed as though they had been sitting around for awhile before being served to us. I noticed the staff was different as I typically order on a Friday evening. My wife and I look forward to these Friday night meals from Jack in the Box - last night was very disappointing.

Listen, about 70% of the time, this location leaves something out of my order. Really annoying getting home and noticing my large curly fries are missing from my order. Or my nuggets. Or my egg rolls. It's always something. Do I leave, go back, come home with fresh fries but cold food? Or do I eat it on whatever was stolen from me this time? Like it's annoying as h. I'd like to add there was no one else in the drive through, so no excuse.

This is one of the worse places ever. I was there last night 10pm (no receipt was given to me) got home (5 mins away) and my food was ice cold. The fries where staled and the tacos where old like they had been sitting out all day. I drove back spoke with Martha and told her my items where Cold and staled. She said what do you want me to do they will be cold again. I said what…she then said let me see what my manager says. So I pulled to the window and she says I’m sorry I can’t make your food because then I’d have to pay for it. I said you gave me cold staled food why do I have to be responsible for your mistakes. She said I’m sorry I can’t help you. I asked where’s her manager she said there isn’t one. I asked her what manager did she just say she had to talk to she said no there isn’t one. Then she asked for my receipt I said the young girl took the order where is she. She said her name was Lesa and she was in the back and she can’t help me either. I requested to have my order remade and she refused to do it said she will have to pay for it and just call the manager in the morning. This is the worse service I’ve ever received. How can you give someone old staled food then not give them a receipt then don’t even take account for your actions. I wouldn’t even let my dog eat at this jack in the box. The worse service ever I’d give them no stars but that’s not an option. This place needs all new employees for third shift. Also there was not one person in the line…so remaking my food was never a hassle to anyone! I will also be sharing this to everyone I know so they know NEVER TO COME HERE!!

Moms didn't ask for cheese and they put cheese on her burger. We were also missing a fry. My order was correct. Medium Jumbo Jack with a fruit punch hi-c. It was dead too. I can see if it was dumb busy and the order was wrong but... No bueno bruv (did I spell that right?) It was about 10PM.

I love ordering pick up drive thou here because they get everything in my order right, organized so niceley in the bag, and I think this is the best jack in the box than the others I've gone too,other ones make the food look kinda bad but this one? Love

We need jack in the box inspired water bottles instead of "water cups." Water is no longer free and mobile orders are not paying THEIR/YOUR workers taxes for the orders they complete. Mobile orders should be charged by orders completed and that starts by letting everyone know that nothing in this world (especially water and electricity) is free in Gilbert arizona!

Terrible customer service (at the Chandler Ray & Cooper location), after they messed up my drive-thru order & then when I got home & called the manager, he said they wouldn't replace it?! I used to go here alot, but never again!!

Not a bad dining experience but almost always missing items in drive thru or I'll get completely wrong order. Happened 3 times already.

The workers were very slow. I stood 3 minutes before they acknowledged me. The lobby door was opened but the worker made me leave to go through drive thru for an order they said would be done in 1 minute. I waited in the drive thru for 10 extra minutes for an door dash order. Ridiculous customer service and slow as a turtle. Not friendly and ridiculously rude.

Ordered a number 11 and a number 6. The 11 I ordered normal; and came with 16 pickles and no sauce, and the 6 i ordered with only and extra ketchup, came with everything except ketchup.Edit: Went back a few days later and ordered their number 6, with only ketchup and extra ketchup...had everything on it this time.

Was told when I arrived my order was being prepared. The shift manager confirmed with his staff, 2 orders on the board, he was going to lunch and asked if they could handle it. Long story short. I waited over 25 mins for egg rolls and curly fries. Avoid if you can, stay in their face if you desire warm food.
