Horrible experience. Ordered food for delivery and waited 40 minutes. Called them and they said it would be another 30 to 40 minutes. This location is incompetent!

Do not order delivery from here if you expect to eat within an hour of the order. They are no longer "freaky fast". I live less than a mile from this location and it took at least an hour for my two sandwiches to be delivered. Insane that it takes that long for two sandwiches I know they can make in minutes. Their delivery radius is supposedly intentionally small so they can deliver quickly, but fail every time.

Used to be fast. Good luck if you walk in and they are working on a big order. You'll be waiting awhile, which seems to be a Jimmy John wide attitude, lately.

Took over an hour to get my food. They have terrible service and I live 6 min away from the shop. They are the worst next time I'm better off ordering pizza it'll be

Wow ... I should have read the reviews first and then we wouldn't have been as frustrated because we wouldn't have gone!!! So, eating out on Friday and Saturday nights has become difficult. Saturday seems less difficult in general, and we had a hankerin' for a Jimmy Johns sandwich. The two closest Jimmy Johns to us close at 4:00 so they were out. This was the next closest which had hours until 8:00 p.m. So, at 5:40 we headed out for the 20 minute drive to this location. There was a Five Guys and Chipotle on either side of the Jimmy Johns. Both were buzzing with staff and customers. Sure as can be, there's a note on the door of Jimmie John's stating they closed at 3:00 p.m. due to staff shortage.I believe the shortage of waitstaff and food service workers in general will have this president creating government restaurants to fill us full of things that serve this government. Maybe that's why it's still the cluster that it is? Can't figure out any other reason with the rise in pay, tips with this stupid inflation. Just.don't.understand. AT. All. Maybe the food service workers get their pick of bosses in this economy and Anthony's not a great boss? Anthony, just close the location already. I didn't see ANY decent reviews.

Really disappointed in this store. I have Worked at jimmy johns for over 13 years in Illinois and this store has just been a disappointment. I understand The lettuce shortage but getting sandwiches with like shreds of lettuce and brown lettuce is sad. Jimmy johns normally has better standards.

Slow service took over an hour just to get one sandwich and I live across the street from the place. I also asked for cheese had the nerve to ask me for a dollar after waiting an hour .They should be handing out FREE chips if the delivery takes an hour or longer!

Went to Jimmy John's, got a sub. Italian style. Which should never have mayonnaise on it but it did. And then me and my significant other both got sick on this says sandwich. So I won't be back to this place again. Two girls were working there seemed very disinterested and even working . They should've asked me if I wanted anything else on the sandwich some hot peppers maybe but they just f****** threw it together and sent me on my way. Not my best experience.

I drove to JJ at 3395 W Chandler Blvd Ste. 3 on my lunch break. I checked their closing time beforehand, and it stated 8 pm. I normally break from my work at 8 pm but tonight I decided to leave at 730 pm thinking I would be able to pick up my food before they closed. I drove 10 minutes to JJ only to see a dark store. I decided to travel to another store 10 minutes away. At 0755 pm, the store at 800 N 54th St served me with great service. I was beyond impressed with the second store but very disappointed with the first store. Also, this was not the first time that I arrived at 3395 W Chandler Blvd Ste. 3 and found it closed well ahead of its posted closing time.
