Very expensive shirts, but awesome service. Sucks that it's expensive even after a 20% discount buy 2 or more. Not worth it, but very nice service. Wish I can bump a star up due to the service, but can't the prices aren't worth it.

I could give it -1 ⭐ if i was able to do so. I was there with friend to buy shoes around 4pm 12/1/21. We decided to also check out the wallets they have and i was interested in buying. Long story short the clerk was rude and arrogant. It take a lot for me to feel this way about a store but this dude was very unprofessional. I'm like if you hate your job this much be rude for no reason please don't f up my day. All i can say is #spendyourmoneysomewhere

My experience with the store was HORRIBLE. I could give negative stars if I could.First, people who work there are not professional at all and SUPER RUDE! I had a very bad experience with the assistant manager RANDEL HARVEY. He was passive aggressive and rude throughout and wasn't cooperative in answering my questions. The worst part is he started CUSSING and YELLING when we were asking him questions on how can we retrieve our previous purchase information.Second, their system is so outdated that they can never pull your purchase information unless you keep the receipt. Also RANDEL will not ask you for name and phone number for the order unless you tell it to him proactively. And if you don't your purchase history is lost. He isn't trained propely on how to use the system or talk to the customer.So next time go to another Johnston a d Murphy store and save your precious time and money.

I don't think I ever really knew this company existed until recently. I walked in and was surprised at the section of footwear. I found some really awesome Oxford shoes but couldn't justify the price tag of $110. I made my way to the clearance section and found a pretty solid pair of boots that I bought but ended up returning. I also found the clothing stylish but also on the pricey side.

I haven’t minded this place normally, but today my experience was unlike any other. People rudely pushed past me seeing me struggle to navigate with a stroller, the food court area smelled like bathrooms, and when I mistakenly left a J.Crew bag on the ground by Nike with my wallet in it, no one seemed to see anything. We reported it to guest services, the nearby stores where it went missing, and the Gila River Police. I’m very surprised this place doesn’t have exterior cameras that they could have checked. I hope whoever ran off with the clothes we bought and my wallet feel good about themselves.
