Disgusting behavior from the entire staff on Tuesday night, especially from Anna and Michelle. I went with my two friends to check out the strawberry collection launch, the staff only focused on one of my friend and completely ignored the two of us. The kept checking up on her offering help, giving her compliments and initiating conversations but never acknowledging our presence even tho we were there for the same thing. The only time a staff member talked to me was when I was looking at wallets and she asked if she can check the price for me insinuating I couldn’t afford it. Such cattiness from an Outlet store is ridiculous.

My shopping experience was the worst. I am sad to say that I will no longer be purchasing Kate Spade products. I’ve been purchasing Kate Spade products for the last seven years and this experience has made me opt out from future purchases, trying to track my purchases, or my orders is a big hassle The number of hoops you have to go through to locate and track your order Is impossible you get the runaround when you try to click on track your order and it takes you back to the same Webpage Hi, no Kate Spade would not have wanted it to be this way. Love Kate Spade. Big fan of the outlet. Lots of cute items. I still think you get better deals at the coach outlet, but Kate Spade has so many cute and cool items.

I've been to a lot of kate stores and worked at one for a while. This was probably the most well-organized, clean, and friendly store I've been to. Linda and Karin helped me find two, gorgeous new dresses that were such a great deal I couldn't possibly turn them down. The cashier was sweet and offered garment bags for my items. Unfortunately one of the dresses didn't ring up properly, but when I called the following day, Linda was so great about correcting that and refunding me the difference without me having to come in. I live over an hour from this store, but it is definitely worth the drive!

Every associate was so friendly and helpful, the energy in the store is positive and bright. I found the perfect purse, and it was a much better shopping experience than what I had just had at the nearby Coach store. It was my first time shopping here and now I’m a fan!

K.S. is my jam!! I love the simplicity and classic styling Kate Spade New York offers. I'm not a huge fan of fufu, over-the-top brands, so this fits me perfectly. That's not to say that I'm not extra on some days (because I am, lol), but a majority of the time, I'm a simple gal. I don't want or need pricier brands because I like spending my money on more practical things... like FOOD!! Duhh, lol!Service at any Kate Spade store is always outstanding. The employees are welcoming and very polite. Thankfully, I haven't come across any rude or disgruntled employees. I didn't buy anything this visit, but every time I see a K.S. store, it's a ritual for me to walk in and at least browse. This is one of the stores at the Phoenix Premium Outlets that offers a military discount with valid I.D. Yes, you can double dip and stack sale prices with the discount. Big sales happen on holidays, of course, so those are the best times to shop. Their regular sales aren't too shabby, either, though. Most times, I see 60% and even 70% off regular retail, so that's always fun! Their jewelry selection always gets me! I can't get enough.Kate Spade will always be a favorite staple for me. I hope you like it, too!

Store was having a extra 20% off everything. I asked the sales lady about their perfume. There's a tester on the counter I was able to try. The lady looks in the back and says we're all out of that perfume. She mentioned it's not included in the sale. I said ok. She proceeded to ask me to purchase the tester bottle. I asked do u have a box She replied no.. I asked if there's a discount on the used tester bottle. Again She said no. I said I want to make this clear. You want to sell me a used tester perfume bottle with no box at full price, when it's half empty. She said yes. I walked out. I returned purchased my items through another associate and complained. She didn't care. I will never return

Buy in person, get a warranty and have your items purchased in your name through all stores. Their bags are so nice I don't want to use them, but that's what I bought them for! They will only get better with use and age!

When I came in earlier today, I was shopping around the mall and thought of this store. I was looking for a present for my sister. I had so many questions and needed a lot of help about wallets. I didn't know what to pick or what to get. The nice young lady (didn't get her name and she's asian) helped me out with all my questions and direct me to the wallets that I was looking for. She took the time and effort to help me out with everything. I truly do appreciate that a lot. Not only that, having her narrow everything down to my options that I gave her the information that I was looking for. Thanks to her and helping me out. I'll come back to this store.

This place is usually one of the must stop locations when we travel to the west coast. Was very disappointed last week with the lack of customer service. We walked in, granted, we were dressed in shorts and tshirt as we were traveling and passing thru. When we walked in, no one approached us, no one asked us if we needed help. There were no other customers in the store at the time. Two young lady associates were whispering and chuckled at us, making it obvious they did not want to approach us. A young male associate was in front of us and said nothing. We looked and grabbed what we were purchasing. (Over 600.00) worth of merchandise. When we got to the counter to pay, the cashier asked if anyone helped us. Said no, she apologized and gave the sale to the young man. This was the first time I have every been disappointed in their customer service.

I was at the Kate Spade store this afternoon checking out the new purses and they had a dress that I really liked. She went to go see if they had an XL in the back and they didn't, which was fine since they had an XL in another dress I wanted to try on. On our way back to the dressing room I shared with her my anxiety and body dysmorphia struggles and how I've already lost $100 pounds. She congratulated me then walked off. The dress fit around my waist but not my chest, which was fine. As my family and I were leaning, she asked how it fit and I told her. She then shouted across the store, in front of everyone, "see you in 50 pounds!" I have never been so humiliated or felt so shitty. I'm in here all the time (bought two purses literally within the last 3 weeks as well as a phone case and other stuff) and I've been crying all night. Going there was such a positive experience for me, because purses ALWAYS fit and make you feel pretty. But I don't think I can ever shop there again after that. So unprofessional, unkind, and utterly humiliating. Everyone stared.
