We just moved and discovered eSporta Fitness takes our LA Fitness lifetime memberships, so obviously we're pleased. Large gym with all the amenities. Pool and showers when we last visited were clean. Tons of parking.

It’s a gym that has a bunch of ways to sweat and either build muscle or do cardio. Works for me just fine and so far I’m going 6 days a week and I’ve had a great workout. It’s not a social scene which I prefer.Christian in the sales dept was helpful when I joined too

Kids club was the deal breaker. The girl staff (she never talked to me, introduced herself) so I don't know who she is, just let me walk in and without question and start taking and interacting with the kids ( huge red flag) didn't know who I was or if I even had a child in there, didn't even want to look at me, just ignored me as I just walked in. Anyone could easily take the kids and run out. The kids were fighting and yelling, she said and did nothing while she sat down not paying any attention to the kids, as I watch this happen for a few minutes wondering when she was going to do something. The kids were taking their socks and shoes off just randomly around thrown around the room. When I told her I want her socks and shoes on, she told me to tell her. I said she's 2 she's not gonna listen so if she takes them off put them back on her. Then I was told by her that another girl was also 2, so what. She is not watching the kids, letting them fight, take their belongings off and leaving them like that. If my daughter took off her clothes she would leave she like that. I worked child care for over 6 years, she should not be allowed to watch those kids as she's not doing it anyway, has no customer service skills at all, no awareness and she does not care about the kids which was very apparent, and argued with parents cause she doesn't want to do her job.

This used to be LA fitness and at one point was open 24 hours. Soon afterafter it became Esporta. "due to pandemic" they reduced the time open. After pandemic they never resumed normal hours, and have actually reduced them even more. They are also very poorly managed. On several occasions I have arrived when it's supposed to open at 6am (Chandler on Warner & Dobson) on a weekend and no one was there to open the gym until over an hour late!!! They pride themselves in value but the quality has severely been diminished.

Well...at least it's spacious. This gym is a little dirty, a little old, and a little too filled with half-repping old men who want to show everyone they still got it. Not recommended. However, it's large and convenient if you live in the area. Disappointing.

The advertising is misleading. Although they claim on their website to have a 0 initiation fee, they actually charge you once you register, which contradicts their advertised offer. Moreover, they advertise a free trial on the website, but when you sign up, they inform you that there is no free trial available. The team is unprofessional and rude. It's important to take this into consideration when searching for a gym.

Don't believe what their employees say. Bought what I was told was a prepaid package of 16 training sessions, which through bait and switch was actually some "enhanced membership." Was informed 7 days prior (and with 9 sessions still available in what I thought was a "package") to the expiration date of this "enhanced membership" that if I didn't use the training sessions prior to "expiration," or purchase of yet another very expensive "enhanced membership," that the 9 sessions would simply disappear into the company's profit margin with no benefit to me, the customer - no ability to roll them over once the "enhanced membership expiration" date had passed. When I told the manager what their employee had said while selling me the product, the manager knew exactly what I was talking about, and confirmed that the employee had made similar false promises to other customers. Even knowing that their employee had being feeding customers outright lies, the manager took no organizational accountability for their employee's behavior while on the job, and no offer of accommodation was made. They told me that allowing customers to use training sessions at the customer's convenience lowers their profit margin, so under no circumstances would they make an effort to extend the time period allowed. Although the manager didn't like hearing me say it, Esporta Fitness effectively stole close to $500 from me. In this economy, who has an extra $500 to give to any company for nothing in return?

I really like this location. It is bright and open and there is plenty of space to do my workouts. The staff is friendly and they are always cleaning. The only thing is they really need to update the locker room and bathroom. It's pretty old and feels dirty because of how old it is.

I have a membership and very rare when I go there. I haven’t used it for more than 2years even I was paying every month. I started going lately once a month for racquetball. Today they told me I’m not allowed to have a guest. The guy at the front desk told me we have a general manager today and we can’t let your guest in. I asked him if I can talk to the general manger then he said he left which contradicted himself within a min. He said I can check if someone else available then said no one available. I’ll be if his buddies came to give him support to cover his lies. They were very rude in handling the situation. Decided to cancel my membership and look for another place.

It's a great gym for the price. When they keep the pool and jacuzzi working it's at it's best, but they have had challenges in doing that.

The gym opens at 6am on Sunday. Me and a lot of other members were waiting around in the parking lot until 7am this morning waiting for someone to show up and open. We all left at 710 so I'm not sure when or if someone came in to open but looking at other reviews this isn't the first and won't be the last time. I first got this membership before COVID because it was a 24 hour gym but since covid they never returned to previous schedule. I feel like at least they could show up for the time they have scheduled now! Membership is not worth the insane rates they charge here.

Probably one of the worst gyms. I herniated disc in my lower lumbar. When I asked to cancel my my personal trainer do to having surgery one of the trainer told me that it was problem.I have continued to to pay $312 per month for the last 6 months. So wrong and not at all what I would expect from a professional stand point.

There are definitely pros and cons to this location. I'll start off by saying I haven't been to another location and have only visited a few gyms in the area. With that being said, I think they're a bit expensive. My previous gym was less expensive and offered more, such as tanning and massage chairs. But, I can bring my son for free. So, he isn't paying for a membership. Also, I wish they had more classes later in the evening. The latest classes are often at 530 or 545. I felt very pressured to sign up. I communicated that to the manager. It was one of those if you don't sign up tonight, you'll miss the sale situations. Besides this experience, the staff has been great. I have enjoyed all of the instructors. Sometimes the front desk crew is many as welcoming or as knowledgeable as I'd like. But, it seems it's difficult to get help and even more difficult to get good help.
