They've always been kind to me here. However, I've always had an appt. Today I walked in midday thinking it would be quick. Nope. Here over an hour and still a ton of ppl before me. And the appt ppl who walk in seem to jump to the front of the line, though they were not waiting long. Do yourself a favor - make an appt, no matter what time of day.
Also, if it matters, bring your own hand sanitizer. Theirs doesn't work.
They also have a thing on the check-in saying if you want to wait elsewhere they will text you. They don't. Then they get annoyed when you say you were waiting to be notified by phone (I watched a guy say this, and it did ask me same on check-in but I waited in the waiting room, so I have no personal experience of not getting the text saying I'm next).

If I could leave a zero I would, the ladies here are so rude and just overall horrible individuals would definitely look elsewhere… the only helpful person there was a young man name Mohammad, he is such an exceptional worker made me feel so comfortable especially because I’m am super afraid of needles made the process so easy and quick! But other than that the ladies attitude is nasty

If you have lots of time and endless patience for inefficiency, this may be the lab for you. Check-in kiosks don’t work and the receptionists are almost deaf to patient concerns.

This place is the worst. Doesn’t matter if you have an appointment or not, you’ll be waiting over an hour to get in - even if the lobby is empty. Then after you confront them they’ll apologize and say they’ll get you right in, but they won’t. You’ll be waiting at least an additional 30min for a scheduled appointment.

Worst lab corp location I have been to and it is evident they do not care because there are numerous reviews stating the same issues without resolution. I have came here numerous times for a urine test with an appointment and waited extended period of time to be seen. I used the mobile check in recently to allow me to comfortably wait in the car to be seen. Received a text the lab technician was as ready for me. Come in to check in and continue to wait to be seen. Do not offer the mobile check if it will it be used appropriately. There’s is not enough sitting to accommodate guest. Elderly guest are left standing for an extended period. Do better!!

Extremely long wait. Not communicative and get irritated if you ask questions. Awful. Healthcare is the US is on a downhill slide.

No one answers the phone. They have walkin, but I waited 2 hours then left. Their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced.

Scheduled routine labwork from Dr. was text where to check in and notified via text my name would be called shortly so I could head into the lobby. Waited an hour. Rarely was there someone at the front desk. Finally reached front desk who said the Mobil check in system isn’t working I needed to be checked in at the kiosk. The nurse did expedite my appointment at that point but seriously zero signs or announcements just let you sit there waiting in an overly crowded room.

I just don't understand why have appointments if you can't keep them and then just sit there and talk to people about nothing to do with there appointments while people are waiting....maybe time for new staff ...

I checked in and waited for 2 hours, watched every single person go before me only to discover they forgot about me so i had to recheck in and then wait another 30 minutes just for a routine blood draw. Ridiculous.

Front desk staff is extremely rude and flippant, refusing to help with the simplest of questions. Even asking for clarification felt like it was a huge bother to them. I'm no fan of Sonora Quest, but even their customer service is better than that, which is where we ended up going after being told to basically kick rocks by Labcorp, despite having an appointment. Maybe it's just this location, but if you need lab work/blood draws done, go literally ANYWHERE else.
