Amazing experience. Worked with David Chavez and he was patient with me throughout the process. I let him know what I was looking for and he communicated every detail and kept in touch. This was five months in the making and he definitely followed through on his promise to help me find the right vehicle for me

Robert and Gavin were great to deal with. Robert took his time and went over every feature of the new car with us.

They treat the customers as frauds and theifs. Not sure how I can describe it. The customer service is not to level expected from land rover delears.no complain section, to reach, and the general manager is not approachable and ignore customer requests.

We were looking for Land Rover Defender in September and the general manager Bobby Perich was able to modify options to meet our specifications on one that they had already ordered for their inventory which allowed us to get it sooner. We were kept informed on the progress of our vehicle from the date of manufacture to the date of delivery, which was four days ahead of schedule. Michael Young, our sales consultant, was a joy to work with. Upon delivery he was intent on making sure we were pleased with it and took considerable time to go through the many features on the vehicle to insure we understood them. The entire experience was positive and we would not hesitate to recommend this dealership.

James in the service department excels in negotiating the best possible price and maintaining clear communication throughout the service experience. His excellent knowledge of the brand instills an elevated level of trust when discussing the required service. I highly recommend him as a service advisor if you're at Chandler Land Rover.

Great experience. I'd definitely go back and purchase from Land Rover Chandler again. Relaxed atmosphere. Not pushy, just very matter-of-fact.

Had a great experience at Land Rover Chandler ordering my Defender 110. Mike Johnson made the ordering process incredibly easy to get the exact vehicle I wanted and kept me updated frequently during the months I was waiting. If you’re in the market for a new Rover this is the place, this dealership is like the Planet Fitness of dealers, the judgment free zone, come as you are, and there won’t be a pretentious experience like you may find a bit further north at another Land Rover dealership. I’ve gotten two vehicles from them this year and will be sure to make my future purchases here! Thanks again! -Justin

I’ll try to make this long story short. My check engine light came on on November 8th, 2023 in my 2016 LR4. I called Land Rover Chandler the next day as they were closed by the time I noticed my check engine light on. They couldn’t get me in until November 14th. I drop the car off with my check engine light still on. As I am dropping the car off, I was told by my service advisor, Jill, that my fuel flange was also recalled, and that they could fix it at the same time as doing an inspection. I had initially informed them when I made my service appt I would wait for my car to be inspected in the lobby. She informed me that due to the nature of the work that needed to be done, that I was going to be unable to wait in the lobby, but that I could get a rental car for the day. As I did not have anyone to come and pick me up from the dealership, I opted for the car. She did not give me really any other option. She said I could wait, however, they would not be able to get all of the work done in the timeframe and that I would have to come back at a later time for the fuel flange to be fixed. As the dealership is not super close to me, I opted for the rental car. She informed me it would be a $30 charge. I asked her to possibly waive the fee as I initially did not even want a rental car and that I am put in a corner to rent one at this time because of what she told me about not being able to wait. She refused to waive the fee and STILL did not even let me know they had a Lyft option available! The next day I get a phone call about my vehicle stating that the check engine light didn’t come on for them and they couldn’t find anything wrong with my car. (???) When I dropped off the rental car, I again asked to speak with either a manager or to have the fee waived as I had only driven it maybe 60 miles, and it had nearly all the gas in it when I originally received the vehicle. I was greeted by a lot of attitude from the gentleman who sits right next to Jill, however, after going back-and-forth for several minutes, he agreed to waive the fee. Fast forward to 11/29 and both my driver side front and driver side rear airbags are leaking, which I find odd given that I only drive the vehicle, a few times a week and NEVER off road for the 9 mos I’ve owned it, and after being in their possession for several days this occurred. After doing research, the rear airbag rarely leaks in these vehicles, which is another reason for me to find this very suspicious. I also have an extended warranty through Assurant, which is basically useless as they don’t cover the $2000 part. Jill and Land Rover Chandler in general did nothing to try and help me after learning about this situation and how odd is that the airbag failed after only driving for nine months and 4000 miles. Every time I walk into that service office I feel like I’m walking on eggshells. Jill seems to have an up-and-down attitude and I never know what I’m going to get from her. I was met with attitude and eye rolling every time I gave pushback or asked questions regarding my part and what exactly was wrong. I also did not like how they didn’t show a video of what exactly was wrong with my vehicle when I know they have done that in the past, or for other people. I feel slightly ripped off and like something fishy went down with my vehicle while it was in their possession given that my check engine light had been on and miraculously turned off for them initially and then two weeks later my car is sagging? Mind you I’ve driven the vehicle 4000 miles in the nine months that I have owned it and I’ve never driven it off road. Upon multiple researches I have found that the rear airbag hardly ever goes out in these vehicles, so to have both of mine go out at one time seems a little bit suspicious to me. In summary, I will never be going back to Land Rover Chandler and I will be taking my vehicle to North Scottsdale. Which is a shame because it is an extra 25 minutes of a drive, however, at this point, it’s worth it to avoid the untrustworthy and horrid customer service of Land Rover Chandler.
