“I have been using Diamondback Cleaners since 2012 for work uniforms and personal clothing. My garments are always ready on time and are cleaned and pressed as I expect. The owner is a very nice man who remembers me when I come in. You don’t see that level of customer service very often today.”

I did not have to wait for a response (please note this was also during business hours). I have never had service like that! “This laundromat was clean and neatly organized, with a well-stocked vending machine containing detergent, bleach, and fabric softener. Very few machines were out of order.
The bathroom was locked, but there was also no attendant present, so keep that in mind if you have several loads and arrive very early.
There are places to sit, but no television or recreation area for children, so B.Y.O.E.”

“We’ve been using this facility for awhile now and have never had any problems! The workers are so kind and even the other customers are great. Last time we were in we saw someone (presumably the owner by the demeanor - blonde hair, black glasses, white, women) was giving off bad energy to her employees. The way she talked to her (what seemed to be employees) was belittling. We hope that everyone that works there is valued because the work hard and deserve admiration and a positive work environment.”
