Good BUT: Everyone was very nice. The salesperson was not pushy and was very satisfied with the price negotiated. The service department is very thorough and nice from my experience. However, I did not end up purchasing from this dealership. I did take away one star because out of the last 4 Lexus dealerships that I've visited and purchased, this is the only Lexus dealership that did not have free snacks such as cookies, donuts, popcorn, lattes, hot chocolate, and variety of sodas. The only free items were bottled water and coffee which every single low end car manufacture offers. It sounds stupid but we actually decided to only buy Lexus 15 years ago (we've bought 4 already) because we were so impressed by all the free snacks while waiting for our new vehicle to be ready and also when returning it to be serviced. I think it's the small things that enhance the customer experience and why would an owner not try to exceed customer expectations which sets a precedence not only Lexus itself, but your own dealership...or so says me.

I am 100% impressed and happy with the Lexus of Chandler service department. I needed the 30,000 mile service and had called around town and got widely differing prices. Another local Lexus dealership was going to charge me $200 more than they had quoted me so I did not let them do the work. My total cost at Lexus of Chandler was actually less than they had quoted me on the phone. Dax is a fantastic service agent, and Dan did a great job with my car. The entire process was super easy from making the appointment to getting the loaner car to returning the loaner car and getting my car back. I will definitely come back the next time I need service on my car!!

Make sure you get a second opinion.I have a 2012 Lexus ES 350 with less than 70k miles. The single owner before me was a senior citizen in Sarasota, FL. This vehicle has never seen a winter, and has been well maintained.2/3 times I've been serviced at Lexus of Chandler "DAX WOOD" has recommend costly repairs to my low mileage vehicle. I do not recall the exact "repair" that was done. However I do remember the 3rd recommendation.The repair proposal from Lexus of Chandler was over 4700 dollars for an 18 dollar part. I understand that labor needs to go into this so I called to two different certified Toyota mechanics in the valley. Both mechanics quoted the job at under $2000.Lexus of Chandler was trying to overcharge my repair by over 100%. It's really egregious an imported car company is trying to hose people in the community during these times of economic struggle.Be careful, and get a second opinion. I'm sure they've done this to others.*EDITI was contacted by the service manager at Lexus of Chandler. Thank you. Their justification for the pricing was "WE WILL NEVER TELL ANYONE WE ARE THE CHEAPEST IN TOWN". and "IT'S A LUXURY VEHICLE".Again my car is a 2012. It's worth 10k on a good day. DAX WOOD recommended a repair that cost $4767.80. By my arithmetic that is 47.67% of the car's value that DAX WOOD proposed.Again everyone get a second opinion, this is what you're dealing with. At least they will give you a 12oz diet coke, and Costco brand granola bar while they take 3 hours for an oil change...while they try to come up with "proposals"

Ask for Joe. If a movie crew had been with me Tuesday, I'm confident that it would've been a really solid comedy. Our car broke down and we had to get a new one. My wife and I said we would drive as many cars as needed to find the right one for our family. We drove in this order, 1. Land Rover Defender 2. Mercedes GLC. 3. Lexus GX. The GX was both my wife and I's favorite. Unfortunately, the colors were a bit strange in the one we drove. Joe was upfront that there weren't a bunch of them. Then as we were looking all the inventory was gone. As I was walking over to Mercedes, Joe text that they had one in the colors my wife wanted. It had not been checked in and was fresh off the boat. Due to our little 2 taking a nap? Joe drove the car to my house so my wife could take a look. This was the second time he drove a car to our house that day. Joe was tremendously thorough on everything. There were zero surprises. So, we had to do the trade in. I have 3 kids, my wife's car looks like Florida after a hurricane on the inside. Joe gave me a hand and laughed with me as we pulled garbage out of the trade-in. Honestly, buying a car stinks. I rank buying a car with going to the dentist and disputing something with Cox. Joe made it fun. It felt like he was part of our decision making process instead of pushing us to what he wanted. I'd recommend Joe and Chandler Lexus to anyone

Now that I have had time to think about it, I will never go to this place again. I believe they ( the service department) were dishonest and acted out of integrity. I don't work at an office so my driving is literally to the gym and to my son's daycare, that's it. I don't drive much.I've taken my car here a few times for service and it's usually no issue to get work down. I took it in for the 100,000 mile checkup. Dax suggested I get tires. I didn't do it because I wanted to get some cheaper ones elsewhere. The mechanic went in and turn off the service light and who knows what else.I leave and go home with the car and within 24 hours I had the code that may car was failing. Is that actually a coincidence? I have a hard time believing that. I drive in to the them following day and guess what, my hybrid battery needs to be replaced. Yes, a $5,000 expense out the blue, and if you don't fix that then the car eventually won't work. The average American cannot cover a $1,000 emergency, yet alone 5k. Nevertheless, I've gotten the money together to pay it because I do not want debt and I 100% plan to keep my paid off vehicle.I don't believe this was a coincidence. I'm going in this week to pay the bill and pick up my car. When I do, leave me alone and never contact me again. I do believe the service department sabotaged my car. The fact that this doomsday light comes on the day after your mechanic touches it to me is shady and I'll never be able to do business with you after I pay you this 6k in a few days.

Although I didn’t originally buy my Lexus at this dealership, I have had it serviced here on a few occasions and have had nothing short of a positive experience. Misty is always a pleasure to work with and I feel like she and the team have gone out of their way to provide great service without being pushy or trying to oversell me. All services have been done in a timely manner and I feel confident in the quality of service provided, which unfortunately isn’t always the case with some dealerships.

My new Lexus RX 500 H was Ordered last year and thanks to Mike Will's and Lexus. I have my new car 6 months later. Mike was very good about keeping me updated, and always in the loop. He was great and I love my new Lexus thank you Douglas, Mike and Lexus.
