Bathrooms were not very clean but they were useable, we wanted to stay and shower but the parking was completely full when we got there at around 5 pm. Very busy location and not accommodating for the amount of people they get.

They sold me bad quality of cigarettes and wouldn’t exchange for better so this gas station doesn’t meet my expectations with their terrible customer service ‼️

Since the founder of Loves passed away it’s getting worse. We can’t get two fuel receipts and I will be throwing away cups every time I have to use the coffee grinding maker since Loves sold me metal refillable cups and they don’t fit in their do it yourself coffee maker. As a team truck driver that usually has the night shift and that pays exorbitant amounts at Loves for stuff we need to do our job. Just a small example like the anti gel for the fuel is 27.00 at Loves but at Walmart for the same exact thing it’s 13.00. Antifreeze is also twice the price than the auto parts. We have no choice sometimes and they take full advantage of that. I’m about ready to start getting my fuel at Flying J and Pilot. At least they’ll make fresh pots of coffee for the night drivers. If all the truck drivers start getting their fuel at other places they’ll get the message and just turn into a regular gas stop for the 4 wheelers that it seems Loves would rather cater to.

No wonder the restroom smells like wet dog. Wonder how long those soaked contaminated towels have been there. Hope no children have to wash their hands otherwise they'll have to lean on these nasty things.

Will never go here again, shift lead Michelle was very rude and prevented me from buying snacks and using the restroom. I believe her actions may have violated the city of Chandler nondiscrimination ordinance. She personally made the store very hostile and unsafe.

Very odd experience. Usually everything is smooth sailing at this store. I own two semi trucks so my other driver and I stop here often to use the restroom. Also I've spent thousands of dollars at the shop at this location. Today around 7:35am when I walked in the restroom at the Love's store a woman with a yellow Love's shirt on (maybe in her 50's, possibly Hispanic) came in the restroom behind me. I used the restroom & once I came out of the stall she was standing by the sink area with her arms crossed & there were other stalls available. Once I was done washing my hands and left out she came out right behind me. How awkward & creepy is that? Is this how you treat ALL people? I've spent thousands getting work done on my truck at the Love's shop so this is upsetting to be treated this way.

I give it a 4 cause they let owner opps leave their trucks unattended. Other than that everything else gets 5 *s.

I drove every week day for 4 weeks 140 miles round trip for radiation treatment. I stopped daily at this Loves and was greeted with a smile and big hello each time. On my last day of treatment, I told the friendly cashier how much it meant to me on my solitary journey each day. She came around the counter and hugged me and we both cried. True caring and humanity at the truck stop.
