We purchased window blinds along with installation services for our new home from this specific Lowes two weeks before Christmas, 2024. As of March 13th, 2025, the installation is still incomplete due to the company sending incorrect-sized parts. It has now been nearly four months since our initial order, and they are proposing to custom-cut the blinds at my house to make them fit, which is a little strange to me (unprofessional), and it is way overdue from the terms of the contract agreement.
Yesterday, we contacted the company to speak with the manager regarding compensation for the inconvenience and lack of communication, installation is overdue the contract agreement. He assured us he would return our call, but we did not receive a follow-up. Instead, another representative reached out and asked whether we had contacted the installation team. We believe it is the company's responsibility to handle these communications, but we made the call anyway, only to reach voicemail.
Today, we received a text stating that the earliest they could send someone out is in another two weeks. They have already visited our home twice, each time encountering issues with the product and ultimately leaving without resolving anything. In contrast, we consulted a local window blind installation company, which indicated that this type of installation should not take more than two weeks. This ongoing delay with Lowe's has been frustrating, and the installation remains unfinished. This installation has been overdue for the contract of our agreement. At this point, we just want to get our compensation and go with another company for proper installation.

This location sucks, purchased a bunch of items on clearance. 30 items to be exact, everything in stock. Comes time to pick up order in the morning and they cancel everything. Another reason to go to Home Depot!!

I’m definitely not considering Lowe’s for a Christmas tree again. The employees are rude, uninterested and aren’t trained or educated about trees. The selection is just sad. And they don’t help you load it on your car “because safety”.
I went to a nursery up the street afterward, and I’m glad I did.

They only have the self checkout on. All 4 people using the self check out need help and there was only one nice guy there to help. I could see he was overwhelmed and I went to the service desk to ask for help for him. The 4 workers standing there laughing and joking around had the nerve to get mad because I asked for help.
What business are not getting is they are charging more for things, we are our own cashier and they are paying the 4 people standing around doing absolutely nothing. Get rid of the workers and charge the costumer less because we are checking ourselves out and the workers do not know what’s going on anyway. So frustrating. Then I call to talk to a manager they say there’s not one there!!!

Will advertise wire online for 2 cents when you place the order and show up to pickup they say they can't sell it to you. Why even post it online you can't sell it shady practice guy at the desk said he could meet half way on the price at 10 cents that's not even half .

Rude employees. Would not help us. Left us standing there while he walked off to read something on an item. Never looked back at us. Clearly did not anticipate on answering our question. We just wanted to know where the kids even was. Then they had no aprons. We drove all the way from Florence to do this. We just left.
