My friend asked me to tag along on a trip to Lowe's on a Saturday evening as she needed some paint for the house project she had been working on. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, and the entire staff seemed friendly and approachable if we had any questions. We browsed a few other aisles while the paint was being mixed, and everything seemed to have great prices. Love the paint selection as there truly is every color for any palette, and love that you can get a sample amount to try before you commit to a color. Definitely recommend this location if you have any home project needs.

I placed 2 orders for pickup in a storage locker - one order a multimeter, the other for trash bags. As I'm getting the items from pickup lockers I was standing 2 feet away from a guy in customer service - he was in his 20's, dark black curly hair. I said hi to him, he said hi to me. I immiedately tried walking out after getting my orders, the door beeps, I assume because of the multimeter. I assumed the guy in customer service would waive me through because he literally saw me pickup the items. All of the items were in lowes bags with a blue sticker with my name and order number. Instead he comes over and grabs my cart in a fist - like he thought I would run out. He pulls my cart to customer service to lookup my orders. He verifies I bought the multimeter. At this point he should have let me go. Instead he asks for my phone number and I see him lookup the trash bags! I tell him im not stealing trash bags. He verifies I bought the trash bags but he then starts inspecting the trash bags, I have no idea why? He literally watched me take them out of a pickup locker. They were in lowes bags with a blue sticker that said my name and order. Why is he inspecting my trash bags? I told him i bought them and im not wasting any more time and left. I really felt like a criminal, it felt like he was profiling me. If I was going to steal something do you think I would do it in front of a lowes employee, just for trash bags ???? The employee should be fired.

Their prices are nearly double Home Depot for same items (I returned and got at Home Depot) Their “cheapest” quart paint was over $20..(which I couldn’t return) and only $10 at Home Depot. (If there was a cheaper paint, I was scammed by the employee telling me it was the cheapest).Now I know why ppl prefer Home Depot. Never going back to this store.

Purchased a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and hood for above the stove plus paid for installation by delivery crew. Purchase was on a Friday, scheduled delivery for Wednesday. Delivery company called and cancelled Wednesday and asked for Thursday, Thursday was a no show. They called Friday at 8pm asking if they could deliver at 10pm, we said no and schedule for Sunday (over a week later). Crew showed up and told us they don’t do any installations, we have to call someone else. We refused the entire order and asked for a full refund.I went to this Lowes and talked to Jesse, the manager, he refused to give me the refund with a, “Well we don’t have the product.” And threw his hands in the air, I told him I don’t either but they gladly took my money. He then shared the crew has to return the items to the warehouse, this is after they called to confirm with the crew the order was cancelled, and refused to issue a refund. Jesse swore a refund would be issued early this morning. I checked my account and there was no refund. Called Jesse at Lowes and he was completely bewildered there was no refund given and said he’d call the delivery company again. This process is so broken, if I refuse and order and don’t have the product why can’t I get a refund immediately? I had to call Lowes three times today to demand a refund. I was very close to calling BBB and my credit card company to dispute the charge. I will NEVER buy anything from Lowes again. Horrible experience.

Can't say enough about my experiences here. It's not perfect, but it's definitely NOT HD. They are friendly and helpful and actually go out of their way to help people. What a welcome experience.

You know I was an avid Home Depot shopper, but because I'm black every time I go to Home Depot LOSS PREVENTION follows me all over the store until I check out. I once worked there at Home Depot, and I needed to do some shopping. after I my shift and Loss prevention followed me to make sure I paid for all my items. They are so out of touch, they didn't recognize me out of uniform, I'm done with them. I literally spend 10"s of thousands there, but the last straw was last weekend, and I got into it with them about how much I spend there to be racially harrassed. I've never not once had that experience with Lowes. I have only one thing to say, I love the good expensive shi*, Lowes, you can have my money. Thanks.

I wish I had read the reviews about the poor appliance delivery service. Like others, their delivery service left me waiting home all day. They never showed up with my dishwasher and no one contacted me. I was told by main office the dishwasher wasn’t here at this location. Turns out the dishwasher WAS there just in another bay. No one bothered to check the computer. I wasted a full day off for this. They offered a pitiful $40 off an over $700 order for my trouble. I cancelled and went to Spencer’s. I saved money and aggravation. Never again.
