I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful the associates in this lowes were. We were able to find what we were after and had several associates asking if we found everything alright. Thank you for restoring our faith that some people do care about their jobs. Best experience i have had at a Lowe's.

This lowes isn't great. The only positive thing they have is that most of the staff is friendly. Curbside pickups are ridiculously slow. Occasionally they are reasonable, but plan on waiting 10-20 mins on average.
Their return desk is also pretty awful to deal with. Half of the time the employees don't seem to have a clue on how to handle returns, and good luck getting a tool warrantied. I recently purchased a tool that was bad when I bought it, and it was still difficult and such a hassle. They wouldn't do a simple exchange, even having the reciept. Instead, they made it so much of a hassle of returning it, rebuying, price adjusting, and then telling me that I did the process wrong. Nope, I did exactly what I was instructed to do. They made it so frustrating that I returned the tools and left. This store continuously drives me to shop at the competitors.

There was a guy that helped me find a part to replace my outdoor hose. He was so friendly and really went out of his way wished I would have looked at his name tag to give him some recognition.it was at night during 7:30-8:00pm. On November 22, 2024

Customer service at this store is just next level, I'm so thankful I live by this store. Their store manager Greg really sets the tone for the best customer service I have ever experienced at hardware store or chain. Greg, Cliff, Rachelle all went out of their way to provide me with best shopping experience, thank you guys! I hope corporate sees this! You guys need a raise asap.😀

I visited this location on 10/13. I had purchased paint and materials to paint. The two men who helped me were extremely helpful. Unfortunately, I spilled a can on the way out, and they helped clean it up and get me another can. They went above and beyond, and it was very much appreciated!

Had a terrible experience this morning while trying to pick up an order. Customer service rep demanded that I show my ID, even though I gave her the order number. She could asked the customers name or my name, she had both. The MOD was called over and when asked if I could ask him a question - he responded with I don't have time for this. I don't appreciate being treated like a thief and ultimately ruining a customer experience.

Crooked Door - Part 1
After spending more than $15,000 at Lowe's to remodel my home, they installed a screen door with a one-inch gap at the top and flush at the bottom which was done by a third-party contractor. When I requested that the door be redone correctly, they refused. No one at Lowe's would address my complaint or refund my money. It’s not Lowe’s the company, but a very callous and uncaring employee, most likely, but the manager would not return my calls. My recommendation is don’t use Lowe's for any home improvements, they don’t back up their commitment to excellence. Updates to follow.
Part 2:
Lowe's Corporate got involved, had the manufacture, who said the door was installed improperly, make a new door. However, Lowe's used the same installations company "Shamrock." Results were exactly the same, the door was installed NOT straight BUT CROOKED AGAIN!
Don't use LOWE'S Installation.
Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results is the definition of insanity!

Very bad services. The lady with white hair in custom services, was very rude. I have never felt out of place but she made me feel that way. Will go to other Lowe's or even HomeDepo
