They don't have half the items they have in display when it comes to any appliance. Also, once you buy an appliance like, for example, reverse osmosis system, you will be dismayed to find that they discontinued that item and/or it's parts/supplies like RO filters when you go a year later and I am talking about name brand items. It has happened to me a few times and so, I have stopped buying any appliances from Lowe's. Also, if you need any help, you won't find a soul in sight and after walking all over the store or to cashier counters and find a floor employee to help, most of the times they didn't know jack$h!t and you are left feeling irritated and left hanging high and dry. I have since started patronizing Home Depot and boy!, was it a refreshing change! I found RO filters and other parts for stuff I had bought at Lowe's at Home Depot, where they were well stocked with all appliances, had sufficient staff on the floor and close-by, who were also super knowledgeable that I felt comfortable consulting with on my appliance and other house related repair issues. Lowe's really sucks! And did I say that Lowe's really sucks?!

Store refused to price match another Lowes 2 miles away. We were sent in from the other Lowes that no longer had stock, being assured that sales are the same between all stores so we drove over. Poor communication and nonsensical policy.

Male sure to go in if you need to speak with customer service. I called in to inquire about an order that is a week late arriving on three different days. All three times, I was asked to hold and the phone placed on the counter where I had to listen to everyone's conversation for 30 minutes before it was just hung up. Absolutely incompetent.

This is the first time I purchased a ceiling fan from Lowe's, as I usually shop at their competitor. My friends told me that I should try Lowe's. I purchased a Harbor Bree's ceiling fan and went home and installed it. The light came on, but the fan won't work without the remote. I contacted customer support for harbor Bree's and they said that they would send me a new remote. No remote ever came, so I called back again and they said that they were out of remotes and that the company would contact me via e mail within 3 to 5 business days. That never happened and when I called back they said that they had no record of my call. It has been over 100 degrees here in Arizona and I can't even use a product I bought to help cool the room. I will never go to Lowe's again as their customer service sucked just as bad!

I’m somewhat of a Lowe’s connoisseur so it’s pretty high praise when I say this is probably the nicest location with some of the friendliest, most helpful employees I’ve ever been in. I bought some patio furniture from here and after unboxing it all, I discovered one of the chairs was damaged. Exchanging it for a new one was quick and easy. I highly recommend this location!

Customer service is above par. Employees speak to you when passing by and offer assistance. They are knowledgeable and so helpful.I feel valued and appreciated. An employee never walks past a customer without at least saying "hello". I say this again as it is very important to meHome Depot employees are the polar opposite.
