Please people read the reviews and save yourself the time and headache this store may cause you to deal with. I came into the store to purchase a PlayStation edition backbone for an iPhone that's on sale for Black Friday. After looking around the department I found a few Xbox backbones for an iPhone and decided that one is fine they both do virtually the same things. I did ask if the PlayStation one was available and was told it was sold out. Just like much of the store looked picked over and empty. Anyway I proceed to checkout with this item that's not exactly what I was after but will do what I want it to do and end up with an issue with my gift card. The sales associate made a comment about the card being old which is only kinda true. The card is about a year old from Christmas last year. Anyway he wasn't able to scan the card and the card reader wouldn't read the card either. The sales associate informed me that there's nothing else that he could do and manually entering the card was not an option. So I went right outside the store and ordered the PlayStation backbone I wanted from this store that I was told was sold out and am now going to go back inside to pick it up because it's already ready for pick up. So for some reason they do not want or care about your in-house business so I say f-'em and this will be the last time this location gets a dime of my money. That's so incredibly sad that a company as large as Best Buy can't produce a management team that puts faith and product knowledge into its employees and create an atmosphere where people are proud to work. This place is a disgrace a total joke. The amount of money this place must list due to ignorance is probably astronomical. So do yourself a favor and if you need something from Best Buy, skip this location or better yet just look for whatever it is you want online you're bound to find whatever it is cheaper someplace else anyways.

Worst product return policy ever, I will stop shopping at this chain and just use Amazon!Bought a simple WiFi range extender for my home, but following the setup instructions it would not connect to my home WiFi. When I got back from vacation I went to the store to return the defective product (got range extender that worked from my internet provider), was informed the Best Buy return policy is ONLY 14 DAYS! They did not care about my situation (out of town) - I was past 14 days so no return. As I left the store threw defective product in their trash. I will never go back!

Last year in February, my wife and I purchased new GE cafe series kitchen appliances the cost wa around $15,000. Due to supply chain problem it took almost 10 months to complete our order. The Chandler best buy is around 2 hours + from where we live and was the closest best buy store that hand a good selection of appliances om the floor. Due to the length of time the store gave us our contractor would not schedule our kitchen remodel tell all appliances were delivered. Well yesterday 9/25/23 our granite was installed on our new cabinet and today the cook top was installed. After the install our contractor took the griddle which is an accessory to the cook top out of the box tofind out they shipped the wrong one. This griddle cost over $200, so I called best buy customer service. I spent over 1 1/2 hours on the phone with 7 different people, all off shore which were all hard to understand. Finally the last person I spoke with said it was past the return time and I wouldn't be able to get a refund. They wouldn't even do an exchange. She said to go to the Chandler store and talk with them, but she said no promises. Again this store is a 260 mile round trip and that would be another $80 in gas, with no guarantee to resolve the issue. Why not best buy send me the right one, and send me a return shipping label, credit me the difference or charge me the difference what ever it is. Think twice before making a purchase from any best buy.

Waiting & waiting in the phone section with my 1 yr old- many employees looked my way the duration of the time there but nobody thought to come up and assist me? Hello!! Why is everyone just standing around?? My daughter got fussy after 15 minutes and we left. I was here to buy a new phone, not waste anyones time but instead my time was wasted tremendously. Get it together Best Buy.

I am thrilled with Best Buy's option to offer a free in-home consultation! Having just moved, there's a few things I wanted to schedule or inquire about. Scheduling this consultation was very easy online through the website. They have plenty of time/date options available for just about anyone's schedule. I was more impressed I was able to schedule this consult for a HOLIDAY on the 4th of July!! Aaron called ahead to confirm- even offered to arrive early if my schedule would oblige. He was on-time & very pleasant. Having told me he's been when Best Buy for 16+ years- I knew this was going to be easy. And, it was! Bless his patience maneuvering around my current aftermath of moving situation. But, he nailed down the exact smart TV that would best suit this condo, and I appreciated the pricing options to choose from. Not just pricing, but comparing between brands as well. I am very happy he offered the swivel mount, which would actually be a bit of an "upgrade" & work much more functional for this space- without being prompted, so it's more than evident he knows his ropes here! The price difference wasn't even enough to think twice. Inspected the damage on the mount that was removed from prior owners, examining the second room install & feeds. Good news was nothing would cause an issue! He also answered much of my questions when it comes to installing a sound bar, home security & Ring doorbell systems. While I'm going to wait on some of these additions, I did have him include the Ring system. Again, everything was explained well & up front. Also thrilled I hit the promotional sale for the 4th! And, install was easily scheduled for just a couple days out. I'll be up & running by this weekend! I know much of these reviews are based on in-store experience, but I have to say I'm really pleased with the in-home consult I had today. Sure, I didn't get to personally view any of the displays you'd see in store, but Aaron was more than familiar with the range of products/options. At no point did I feel I was being taken advantage of or being sold something more than my needs or initial request. I would definitely recommend scheduling a consult. And, they back their installs. I do not mind paying a fee when I know it will be done correctly & guaranteed. ...plus, I'll be scheduling again when I decide more on the additional features I'd like in my home down the road.

Me and my husband waited a full hour in the phone section without being helped. We went and told a manager how long it had been and they didn't care, just said to keep waiting. The irony is that we were there to buy a very expensive phone but they lost the sale. We had 4 other people waiting behind us who wanted to walk out too.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful . The cashier line seem to be long at times . Place is neat and clean. Parking plentiful.

I purchased two computer monitors at this location on November 8th for $500 each. Today (11/18) these same monitors went on sale for $330 each. So I decided to call Best Buy to see what my options where on getting the reduced sale price. Mind you I am in the standard 15 day return policy for all Best Buy products. I was told Best Buy does not do price matching from November 15th till November 28th. This is understandable given some competitors prices during this Black Friday sale period. However I was only asking them to match their own advertised price for todays pricing. I was told my only option was to box up the product in its originally packaging. Drive an hour one way back to the store to do a return and then repurchase the product and I would then leave with the same two monitors I had already been in possession of. Not only is this a huge waste of time. But also work, both on the consumers and employees on Best Buy. Why couldn't they just process a return and repurchase over the phone? Or better yet just credit me back the difference. This is a huge inconvenience and I feel like this could be handled better. I can't be the only one that has been in this position. Best Buy could do better. Take your business to Amazon. I had the same situation and was just given the credit back immediately. No hops to jump through.

Went to this location to purchase a Samsung 55" TV, adaptor, and cables. Walk in with saved money in hand and the overweight guy (could not read his name tag) looked at me then ignored me. He was waiting on another women and when she was done he looked at me because he saw me waiting and then turned around to follow the woman who no longer required assistance. He left me standing there, passed by me again, looked at me, as if I would want him to help me. The staff obviously does not work on commission. I left the store. Here I come COSTCO.

Terrible customer service and wish I could give 0 stars. I had come from a different location who said this location had 6 in stock. So I found an employee on the sales floor asked if there was a display or somewhere I could look at the headphones he said "in all of his year he has never seen apple displays of any sort". Which I knew wasn't true but I said okay well the other store said you guys have six in stock so I would like to purchase one. He then said " you can't buy all six there's a limit per customer". I said I just wanted one and he said "well I can't help you with that you have to go to the customer service desk. So I go up to the customer service desk and the guy grabs my headphones from the back and is just being very rude. After the transaction I say "oh can I have a bag"? He says "actually we charge for bags and if you go to any best buy they will charge as well". I then say "oh i'm sorry I didn't know" and I walked out. Worst experience and I wish I would have bought it online!!!!

The employees have no sense of customer priority. Not once but twice we waited for an employee to help us just for them to walk away and help another customer even though we clearly gestured towards them. I don't know how it could have been more clear that we need assistance to grab a product, but I guess direct eye contact signals these employees to walk straight away from you. And it's not to say that all of these employees are bad just wish they had a manager to keep the dreadful ones in check.

Mediocre store with limited selections and poor customer service. The wait in line makes me wonder why I even bother to waste gas and time to come to this store when it is always a disappointment. Don't waste your time and by on Amazon, Walmart or Costco.

I stopped by the Chandler store to buy a Fitbit. The products were locked up so I looked around for an associate to assist me. I could not find anyone in the area, so I went up to a couple associates who were chatting with one another and asked if they could help me find someone to assist me. The one associate told me to "go stand under the orange flag" where the line for that area starts and someone would help me. I stood there for over five minutes, watched the two associates continue to chat, another associate was just standing and looking on his phone, and it became apparent no one was even paying attention to me standing there. That's when I decided that I did not want to give them my business. On my way I told the guy sitting at the front that they lost a sale because no one was willing to help me. He just said "oh sorry." I normally go to the San Tan store but it is being remodeled, but even if they remain closed for some time I will NOT give the Chandler store my business. I guess the associates there don't care that sales to customers is what pays their salaries.
