I reached out to Mattress By Appointments due to moving and needed a new one. The customer service was excellent! Since the messaging to then in person. She showed me all the inventory and any questions I had she answered them. There was one other person there and she did not have me waiting at all, she was multitasking between us both which I commend her. I went home with my new mattress that I love. Thank you so much again! The process did not take long at all!

I decided to buy a mattress at the last minute and needed it quickly. I found Mattress by Appointment online, put in a request for an appointment and Jen called me the next morning and I had an appointment that day at 2pm. I was in and out in 30 minutes with not only one queen mattress but two! Her prices are incredibly affordable with no pressure to buy. She's very knowledgeable and truly cares about finding her customers the perfect mattress. She was honest and knew exactly where to steer me. The good experience didn't stop there...my appointment was Saturday afternoon and my mattresses were delivered on Monday! I can't leave a review without giving kudos to Jimmy the delivery man! He was awesome and went above and beyond! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am so glad I found Mattress by Appointment and would highly recommend them to everyone. Go support your local, family owned business, you won't be disappointed!

Jen met us at the store and showed us a bunch of beds. We were really impressed with her knowledge of her products. The pricing was half of the big name places like MF or BB! We purchased a king bed for our master bedroom. Will be using them again for my daughter and our guest bedroom.

We went to the mattress store to see what our options were with new mattress. Jenn helped us out with some great deals on mattress for our family. There were so many options to choose from. It was very easy to get approved to finance only $40 down payment and you get to take home your mattress same day. Jenn was such a great person we are so happy with our purchases. I would definitely recommend anyone who is in need of a mattress to check out her store and book an appointment with her (Jenn).

I had an amazing experience. From start to finish the process was quick, stress free and surprisingly affordable. Jen was absolutely fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable and never pushy. She listened carefully to what I needed, explained the differences between the mattresses and helped me find the perfect fit for my budget and comfort.
Scheduling an appointment was super convenient, the showroom was clean and welcoming and Jen made sure I left feeling confident in my purchase. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the mattress or the customer service.

Walked in randomly to look at mattresses and I was immediately greeted by Jen. FYI she is amazing!! She took the time to really understand what I was looking for. Walked me through the store and encouraged me to try different options within my budget. The best part is that my experience was stress free and did not feel pressured. Jen was super patient with me and answered all of my questions. She communicated with me each step of the way. Followed up after delivery to ensure I was happy with my purchase.
