My food was not all that good they made my Quarter pounder with cheese real fast that it was mess when I opened it and McCrispy chicken was a dry chicken and only pickles on it ..... Then when I called to let them know they kept hanging up tell Finley I got hold of manager.

Not that anyone reads reviews of fast food joints, but I got the wrong order, but only found out when I'd gotten home. There's no real person to contact for a refund.

The girl at the window didn't give me right change before I could ask her anything she shut window on my happened at 11:55 pm till manager walked up and I said excuse me you still owe me 4 dollars , the girl still rolled her eyes , the manager was polite even guy at next window , she doesn't belong I. Customer service just because of her I will never come back terrible on the one who's taking orders , I own 3 companies I will make sure all 47 employees know not to eat here even tho it's close to hq .manager 5 out of 5 guy second window 10 out of 5 manager o ly gets a 5 because I told her in Spanish this girl shouldn't be so upset we ordering she just said okay instead I will talk to her and make sure this don't happen again but dude at 2nd window 100% would come back if 5 of him were working

Orders are more often accurate than other locations which is really good, only a pair of employees are a little rude. The rest are super nice. Inside looks a little more alive than other locations that look like prisons.

This place had 4 cars in front of me and took 24 mins to get my food that tasted nasty and was cold and the frys half full. I will not visit this location agian anytime soon.

Whoever works the drive through speaker at night is insanely rude. I came through for a door dash and said the name. They said “number”, door dash codes are long with letters and numbers. I answered the full dash code or the last few numbers? I was ignored for a couple minutes and then she said “like i already said… the last 3.” I gave the last three, and got the response “window.” Curious the service if you actually have to order as I’ve only had bad experiences picking up dashes here at night.

The Arizona Avenue & Ray Location Has to be the absolute worst McDonald’sTo ever exist! The atmosphere itself is totally horrible and the customer service is horrific their staff always has attitude problem! And I’m pretty sure some of them have learning disabilities because they could never get an order, right! Or fallow simple instructions! There is absolutely nothing they can do to better this establishment! I hope corporate sees this comment, and just decides to do the world a favor and shut this Location down! For a better experience, make sure to go to the one on Warner and Dobson where their staff isn’t full of complete idiots!
