DO NOT USE THIS SHADY PLACE!!!!!! I had my trailer stored here for the past three years. Went to get it today and it was gone!!!! Guy who runs the place says he doesn't know where it is and can't control who takes what. RIDICULOUS!!!!! This place is all gated and you have to have a code to get in or out. SUPER SHADY, and he doesn't even care that it was stolen from there. No apology, no empathy, nothing, even though he was literraly been paid to keep my property secure. So much for their gates and cameras!
Update: Not a false claim as they stated. But we will let the Sheriff's Department, BBB, and everyone else that I am reporting this too handle it. Police reports and bank statements don' t lie!

My sister has been paying $100 a month for her trailer to stay at this secured storage and her trailer is now missing. The owner said that he doesn't know what happened and acted like it's nothing that her trailer is missing. He acted like it's not a big deal. There are cameras all over the place and he didn't bother to check. Don't ever get a space here unless you want your stuff stolen.

Like some of the other comments say, owner has some anger issues. I rented 3 spots from him. Paid monthly on time… Will take my needs elsewhere.

I have called to reserve a 30 foot space from this company early early this morning. And the gentleman told me to bring the trailer by and rent the space any time during the day of office hours. I did so. I showed up. He happened to be at went through the gate. And I went to the office to knock on the door to see if somebody was available. Because after 3 phone calls while I am here with the trailer. No one answered and. After calling for the fourth time cause no one was in the office. The person answered the phand was very frustrated that I went inside and knocked on the door of the office and told me that he was not very happy and he was not going to rent a space to me. Because I walked inside to go to the office. . I would never rent from this guy because I would never treat my customers. In this way. He was very rude very short and made sure. I understood that he was not happy that I walked in to go to the office while he's at lunch.. do not rent from this guy as he's very unreasonable and not customer service orientated. All he'll tell you is take your money. And that's all he cares about.

I have stored my enclosed car hauler here at McQueen RV Storage numerous times and have always received great service. Romero at the front office is very friendly and helpful. The place is very secure with a check in combination gate and security cameras throughout. I will continue to use this storage facility and highly recommend it to anyone needing RV storage.

I called and asked for Romero by name because I read his name off a positive review. He hung up on my twice, said he didn’t need anything from me. Never even asked me how he could of been of service.

WOW! Called to find out how much it would be when in the market to buy an RV to call and was told that when I have a RV he would give me a price for a spot! I asked if this was the owner and he said yes! I responded with so you are not going to tell me what the prices to store a RV is so when I purchase it I will know what my expenses are? He said thats right! I said well that answers that I don't want to store with you anyways if this is how you run your business! Very sad that this is why locally owned and operated companies go under becuase the community gets treated like this!!
