This place is awesome. The staff is super friendly and go out of their way to help. The gal I talk to on the phone called CVS for me and got my prescription transferred and offered free delivery and told me the price would be significantly cheaper. These days, saving money is a must! They had my RX ready in no time and when I showed up, the prices were more then half what I would pay and the bigger pharmacies. I was blown away. After chatting with the staff a bit about my family’s rx needs, they informed me it would be free delivery to my parents in GLENDALE! Talk about customer service. I will never go to another pharmacy again. I’m about to call for a refill. We need more friendly faces in our community like this place. Getting RX can be a headache but this place knows how to treat their customer. I’d give them 10 ⭐️ if I could.

This place is awesome. Staff is really great. Highly recommended this pharmacy. They are doing free home deliveries also, they are very cheap on cash price medicines compare to big CVS and Walgreens.Please try this pharmacy and you will never regret ?

Phenomenal customer service. I really appreciate they deliver your prescriptions which is super helpful for me. The pharmacists are very helpful. They always answer their phone promptly and are very knowledgeable.

I've been going to this pharmacy for about 1.5 years and Muna is the best pharmacist I've ever had...She is caring, competent, and knowledgeable... I recommend this pharmacy highly ... They are doing free Home Delivery which is really convenient option for all of us

This is the place to go if you want amazing service. They have been able to find meds that many of the big pharmacies were out of. All of my medications are cheaper than anywhere else. Everyone is so friendly, they remember you, they go out of their way to make things easier. This level of personal attention is rare.

Have had amazing service and consistency at this pharmacy! Much better and more friendly than your “normal” pharmacies (CVS/Walgreens- have had nothing but issues with) - MedXpress Pharmacy seems to always have my meds on hand with same day availability!Feels like Small town, personal service each time!That kind of attention to detail is very much appreciated. We highly recommend this pharmacy!!!

I’ve been using this pharmacy since they opened. I absolutely love this pharmacy. I refuse to use the “big” ones in town because you can’t possibly get the level of care and personal experience as you do with this small, well run business. They are consistently very kind and professional. They really go out of their way to make sure you’re satisfied. They have come through in a pinch on a number of occasions. I don’t even live in Chandler anymore, but make the drive out there any time I have to fill a prescription. This place is a gem amongst the sea of the big retail store pharmacies in Chandler. Thank you for everything you have done for my family and me!

The representative I spoke to on the phone for ordering was very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended this pharmacy for LTC and other as they are doing Free Home delivery in 24-48 hours. Love this Pharmacy services!!!!

MedXpress Pharmacy promptly filled a prescription that another pharmacy I'd contacted earlier had been unable to fill in ~2 months. MedXpress Pharmacy also provided a page of information about the Rx that a third pharmacy I had used never provided-- including cautions about the drug's use, for example, which were sobering enough to give me pause for thought about continuing use of the prescription (which might be a reason why the other pharmacy did not provide that info).

I cannot say enough fantastic things about this pharmacy! They make my prescription life so convenient. They will text me when I am due for refills or with any questions, which is very convenient with my limited availability to talk on the phone with my job. They search for the lowest prices on my prescriptions to save me money, and they deliver my medications to my doorstep so I don't have to make an extra trip to pharmacy. When I had an issue getting prescription from other pharmacy, MedXpress person called that and request my prescription personally. They really provide very personalized service that we no longer get with larger pharmacies. I recommend them to everyone I know!!! MedXpress pharmacy is best ever I got.

I had been completely out of my medication and there is a nationwide shortage. None of the "box" pharmacies had any stock so I called MedXpress . Fortunately, they did have some inventory and were incredibly gracious in understanding my dilemma. In less than 24 hours, the prescription was sent to MedXpress Pharmacy and filled. We will be moving all of our prescription needs to them. Wonderful customer service and staff.
