My fiancé and I came in to book suits for our wedding this summer. Stephanie was there training a new hire. Stephanie was absolutely fabulous and we felt lucky to have her there. She did a great job training the new staff and appropriately intervened when needed. Side note: a fews days earlier I was here getting fit for a tux for another wedding and Brian helped me and he was awesome as well!

They were busy but they did the best they could. My experience was great, and would definitely go back. Hugh selection, very friendly staff. Plenty of parking, and wheel chair access. Not to mention... Bathrooms

I really like Men’s Warehouse. Even though this location is quite small, they still had a decent clearance rack with amazing deals as in all locations. Definitely recommend

I cannot say enough good things about this place! The staff is extremely friendly and easy to work with. They always go above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my outfit for special occasions. The selection is top-notch and they always have the perfect items to make me look my best. I highly recommend this place for all your formal wear needs.

My husband needed a new sports coat. The salesman took us right over to a rack, and my husband had his new coat in less than 5 minutes! Great experience!

Looking to waste $300 per groomsman on your wedding? This is the perfect place for a useless expense. If I had to do it again, I would highly recommend using either Generation Tux or even trying my luck on a department store sale rack.Please note that neither store we worked with wanted to take ownership of the issues we experienced “due to the effect it would have on their end of year bonuses”; therefore, I will be leaving this same review for both the store we ordered from (Chandler, AZ) and the store we picked up from (Amarillo, TX)I ordered modern fit suits for 9 members of our wedding party from the Chandler store. Then each member went to the store they were closest to for measurements and payment. I ordered modern fit because I wanted the boys to be able to wear their boots instead of the shoes that come standard with the suit. Four days before the wedding, my husband and I went to try on his tux. At this point we discovered that our entire wedding party look was changed from modern fit (boot cut) to “extreme skinny.” All of my paperwork and the online portal still said modern fit, and no one ever tried to contact us regarding the change. We were told “someone in corporate changed our order because they didn’t think it would look good.” At this point the Amarillo store had to resubmit the entire order.Two days before the wedding, I called the Amarillo store to see if the order was ready. The guy on the phone told me he was too busy to check, but I was more than welcome to come to the store myself and check each bag individually.At this point it was too late to reorder if needed, and many of the guys had started to travel to the wedding destination. We had a member of the bridal party pick up all the reordered suits.On the morning of the wedding, NOT A SINGLE SUIT FIT. The boys had to trade items among each other and safety pin the items in order to look halfway decent. I am almost certain the store just put whatever pair of pants they could in a bag regardless of size and called it good. (3 of the groomsmen used the same measurements for different events and didn’t have any problems, so it wasn’t a measurement issue)As stated previously, neither store wanted to take ownership of the issue. We had to call corporate to get anything resolved. We were able to get a 50% refund on all the suits; however, we still spent a ridiculous amount of money on suits to receive a terrible product matched with terrible customer service.

Unfortunate experience at Men’s Wearhouse, we will not be shopping with this company again. Their promotion tactics are consistently deceiving and most of the employees we have interacted with (this location and others) are dismissive and rude.We bought a suit here for an event during their promotion that gives you $25 in “MW Money” for every $75 spent, and the sign said you can redeem on purchases of at least $125. Calling something “money” makes it seem like you can redeem/use it whenever, wherever - the sign was clear on it being on purchases of $125, which isn’t a huge deal since things are pretty expensive here. We were OK with spending $300 because of this promotion, as we could use the “money” for dress shirts. We never were given a receipt for this information and didn’t receive an email about our “money”, and when we went to redeem for a purchase we were expecting to spend at least $125. We were told that we would have to spend $500 to redeem the “money” in our rewards, as it’s $25 off of EVERY $125, not for any purchase above $125. The cashier helping us figure it out was very nice, but the Assistant Manager and other employees involved were extremely unhelpful and seemed sufficiently inconvenienced by our trying to redeem the promotion. They couldn’t prove any of the promotion details they were telling us, and said that all the brochures with information are no longer there (even though the promotion ended less than 2 weeks ago) and just told us there were “signs everywhere” with the promotion information.Don’t shop here unless you wanted to feel like you’ve been taken advantage of every time you leave!

1 star: Tried on a month before the event, got the rental 4 days prior, need change order. Promised 2 days prior, no calls or text. I went to the store a day before, the change orders are still not ready. Pretty bad communication/logistics. Need more care about customer experience and up to date communication.Update: problem solved within 2 hours, thanks 2 wonderful ladies in the store. Bring it up to 2 stars!

First visit the staff made us feel like a bother.. super odd since we were making a purchase but was complaining about people coming in an hour before close on their Sunday. Again, odd to do that in front of customers, but I tried to brush it off. Then the suit came in and only 1:3 parts even fit my now husband. His suit was too long and in some of our wedding photos looks ridiculous at the ankles. He also was given too big/long of a vest. Not sure why the measurements were so off and just wrong but overall 0/5 stars for service and product.Nicks warehouse was much nicer, accommodating and pleasant - sad we didn’t decide on them in the end.
