Service manager Dylan never delivered on a bunch of his promises. Promised to call me back on the day I brought the car to tell me what's wrong with it - never did. The next day, he promised to call me to explain to me how much the expected works are - never did. Promised to call me when can I pick up the car - never did. I did the check engine diagnostics here because of the good reviews, and the service man's did a good job. However, customer experience was only on 3 stars out of 5. So whoever work with stuff please explain to your workers that if you promise to call customers, customers would actually wait for your call - as they have plans and logistics for the day, and it's difficult to manage stuff if such promises are not kept.UPDATE: It's been 2 weeks since I've sent Daren my phone number and other contacts, but no one reached out. I did not asked for that it was not my initiative but it's inconsistent. I only remembered because Google reminded me today.

While waiting for service on my gracefully aging old Mercedes, we decided that we should have a new and reliable 2nd car. I had done research and realized that a compact SUV was in our future. On the showroom floor we admired a GLA 250. Less than a year old, low miles, had been a loaner at the dealership. Was helped by Isaac, internet sales mgr. He was polite, professional and no B.S. Long story short...my wife drove off in her zippy new SUV that afternoon. We were provided excellent financing, and could not be happier. Highly recommend this business and especially Isaac.

We went in to get a 2nd key to our new sprinter van and met Bill Stamper, the service advisor for sprinters. When we told him we were first-time owners, he brought us into his office and explained so many things about the van that we had zero idea to even ask. He was extremely knowledgeable, and my husband and I were very impressed. He has a customer for life. I only wish more people were like him.

A driver with a Mercedes-Benz of Chandler dealer plate nearly ran over my family while speeding and driving recklessly through the parking lot of the Pita Jungle at Ray and Dobson at 5:50PM on Saturday 12/23/23. Moreover, they parked in a handicapped spot, without a handicapped permit. Photos are included. These are the deplorable type of people this establishment employs - I wouldn't recommend doing business with scumbags like this.

Took my 2009 Mercedes benz c300 in for Air bag replacement next thing I knew it was on the rack in the air getting a complete physical which I did not order I am sure someone broke my right parking light there was no dead bugs or bug juice or dirt or sand in the light it was a clean fresh break I am an Indy Car and Roger Penske Fan but I do not recommend this place.

I had the pleasure of meeting one of the NICEST, patient, hardworking and attentive car porter named Tyson (I believe that was his name) at Chandler Mercedes Benz recently and I was waiting to speak with my service advisor about my car repair. Tyson took the time to show me amazing features on several cars in the show room. He was very nice and super knowledgeable of the different models of Mercedes cars.....and made a lasting positive impression on me as a customer. I was interested in a gorgous GLB but didnt get it due to a low price given by the sales manager for my trade. Tyson is a huge asset to this company! So kind and thoughtful.

They offer customer service the way I feel it should be. Riva answered the phone and offered suggestions and solutions to my inquiry. They were not out to make money they were out to make customers want to come back. Later got a call from Bill the service manager, he followed up to make sure I had what I needed. Amazing work gang. Way to show the community you actually care.

I bought a GLC300 in March 2021 and they convinced me that prepaying for 4 maintenance service checkups was a good deal at $2600. I hated the car after the first month - rough ride, very confused adaptive cruise control that would break heavily (heavily enough to be dangerous) when we would pass a semi or a brick wall and a GPS that was just useless. The final straw was a stink that was like the worst imaginable foot odor that was from moisture in the A/C that we were told to put in automatic mode and turn the fan on high. It was the reek of death (and 2 service appointments said nothing was wrong) so we sold it the minute we were back in AZ with one service check unused - worth $650, and non refundable. So, I give the car itself a negative rating and whatever you do, don't prepay for the maintenance checkups. I paid $52,450 for this car and got a trade in of $28K from Genesis - same amount Mercedes offered. I don't know how much of this had to do with the dealership but the car was the worst one I ever bought.

Start to finish one of, if not the best experiences with a dealership. George my service manager went above and beyond on my first service due with the new vehicle, very knowledgeable about the car when I arrived with questions no hesitation or having to ask anyone he was on top of all my concerns. They hand washed the car before returning it to me I can't recommend these guys enough, truly an awesome experience here with a great team.

Dealt with Nate a few times. I’m beginning I thought he and staff was honorable. I pay for malfunction light that was never resolved. Went a few times and three times going, always asking for money with no result after my car was fixed. I also got my radiator and anti coolant system fixed as well. Three and a half months after I paid for it and fixed, I had a burst and anti coolant leaked and got stuck. Contacted Nate and he does not want to respond to speak but through email. Nate asking for $221.00 just to look at at. I have no confidence in sub par me Janice that cannot get it right the first time. All about your money and will not fix your vehicle. These companies beg for you to give great reviews but you’re getting a REAL HONEST review. Do not let this company service you. Will not get it right the first time only to get you to comeback and get more money from you.

Had a fairly urgent issue with my GT windows. Called MB Chandler service team and left a message for Nate Rogers. He called me back in a timely manner and requested I come in so he can look at the issue. Not only did he get me in without an appointment but resolved the issue quickly and at no charge. I really appreciate Nate for being so helpful and accommodating. Will definitely return for future service.

Service is always good at this location but the prices here are out of control. I've owned 6 S class models since 2000. Went in for an "A" service on my current car, which was fine, but the quote for rear brake pads and rotors plus 2 tires was was $1,400.00 more than a local Mercedes Benz repair shop . Almost twice as much.

Issac was awesome!! We had such a horrible experience at the Coulter Infinity dealer so we decided to give Mercedes-Benz a chance and they took great care of us. The customer service is superb we ended up with a better vehicle for a better price. Highly recommend them to anyone. We will definitely shop with them again.

Just wanted to thank Mercedes-Benz of Chandler for the excellent experience I had while purchasing new vehicles. My wife bought one in January and I just closed on one a few days ago. Both times the sales team was courteous and took time to answer any questions we had. I look forward to working with them in the future once we are back in the market for another vehicle.
