Merchant Square is an enormous, huge antique mall that is always changing. It is full of antiques, vintage items, old furniture, one of a kind collectibles, unique antiques, and handmade items. Treasures are everywhere, making it a fun place to spend the day looking for treasures and fabulous finds. There is so much to see and look at, and visitors should plan on spending a few hours, or three or more hours, perusing. The building at the back hosts fun, seasonal or themed markets. The in-house cafe and smokehouse at the front, across from the registers, serves the best BBQ in Arizona. It is a very good eatery with delicious, reasonably priced food, including brisket sandwiches and cookies. The place is extraordinarily clean, handicap accessible, and dog friendly. During major holidays, there are sometimes live music and small events. It is a great place to bring friends and out of town guests.
