I want to praise Ms. Theresa for being amazing! Not only was I able to get my nieces gift in a timely manner, I got a wonderful deal thanks to her and her manager! I can't thank you enough for your awesome customer service! I will definitely be coming back! I highly recommend the customer service provided here at the Metro! Keep up the amazing customer service!

They are not transparent and pretend to be helpful. They are not upfront, honest in their dealings and will try to rip you off. They blame the T-mobile cooperate office for all the mishaps. I never take time to write these reviews. But I have the worst nightmare ever with these people. We were charged $22 for something that we could have done ourselves. Metro PCS (#777 store) around the corner didn't charge me a thing. They even transferred the data from one phone to another.The customer representative present their called me a liar but she was the one who was lying. She showed such an attitude and flipped me off and yelled B*****. The worst customer SERVICE EVER!Avoid this store at all costs.I agree with Ahsia Abdul-waajid. If you are not Mexican or Caucasian you probably are not going to be treated fairly and respectfully.I wish I had read all these comments before visiting the store.

Not all the employees but some of the employees there are just lazy didn't seem like they wanted to help me figure out my problem. I had to go to another store and they help me right away.

In my opinion, the two staff that were present, did not seem too interested in volunteering their time to assist me. When I asked how to transfer my old phone info to my new phone, they said, " You have to log into your email". I was the only one in the store at the time. Trust me, I'm not tech savvy. So, disappointing. It was more like I was putting them out - when I walked in the door, they had both came from the back and were complaining about what they'd been eating.When I purchased my last cell in Prescott, the staff did everything for me. It did take a while, but it was completed.I walked away from the store without a case, even though they stated that they had one left. I told them that I'd take it. I got home, no case.I attempted to call Metro, it was sent to a stage page. So, no thanks.

I found this location and the employee by the name Josh to be great customer service he made sure that my phone was working there was an issue I went back and took care of it like nothing very friendly eager to help I would recommend this place
