Horrible customer service called to see my options as a very long customer, got hung up on twice with the (Hello Hello) and a hangup, just now called a 3rd time and went straight to voicemail.. won't ever call or give this place my time..

Just walked out. This morning at 10:20 am date7-2-22. Walked up there to talk and possibly get 5g home internet and the some young girl customers service. Was on the phone with her friend talking who knows what. And when she finally asked if she can help me she slammed her phone and said can I help you and then went back to talking to her friend. She wasn't professional at all. She was lucky I wasn't a secret shopper.

Neveerrrrrr buy from this store or this Company. They hire people who don't know half of what they are doing. They lie to you and upsell a product and then sell you a data plan that you didn't ask for. I was told after 3 payments of $50 I'd be able to lower my bill to $10. LIE. Then they said your phone connects to 5G you can't get a lower plan. My piece of crap phone never has had 5G. Again wasn't told that. No where on the promo does it say that. Customer service is useless and doesn't care. They don't honor promises from bad employees. The rep who sold the phone was fired because she was dishonest. Go figure!

Have been with T-Mobile for several years now. First time coming to a location that has COMPLETELY messed up my time and plan. Had to come in several times because they incorrectly rang my items up and were unable to take my phone off the plan. Employees are VERY rude and don't know how to do their jobs. Been sitting in the store for over 40 minutes while they gossip and scroll through social media.. if you can't do your job, LEAVE! Witnessed two other upset customers leave because of how rude the people are. Ridiculous. America, Jeff, and other female worker with long black hair is extremely rude and have NO CLUE how to do their jobs. If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful. Going to stick with another location from now on since they are idiots. GET BETTER EMPLOYEES!! AWFUL PEOPLE!

Nov 8.19 shout out to James, Natalie and David for assisting me ea time I've come in to get my devices, equipment and everything else! Always so very helpful and it's truly appreciated % The knowledge that location has is hands down the best! Our entire family just all got new phones thx to James! Kids are loving the new apple 11 and my husband and I with our brilliant OnePlus7t OUTSTANDING keep up the great attitudes giving all an exceptional TMobile experience as TMobile has for me for almost 20yrs as a customer Thx team, your dedication never goes unnoticed!
