Warning!!! This place is absolutely horrible! Vaccinations are covered 100 percent by my Insurance. I been using this CVS for a very long time and they have all my insurance info on file. I recently went for my Shingles vaccination recommended by my Doctor. Shingles requires two shots. The first time in December they verified my information and I had no problems and never received a bill. The second shot I got in February they verified my information again, and got the second of the two shots. Not even two days later I got a bill for the full amount which was broken down into two parts one a really high amount for the vaccination the other was a 34 dollar charge for the tech. I spent hours trying to get through to minute clinic billing and when i finally spoke with some one I was told by them that I got a bill because they had no insurance information. I told the woman that was ridiculous. I just got the first shot with no problems and that they confirmed my info again. She said let me look at it. she magically had it and told me she would resubmit it. Today I got another bill for the 34 dollar portion which I don't understand because my vaccinations always been covered. I spent a while trying to get through again and after a long wait I was prompted to wait for a call back. The call back went directly to my VM and now I been waiting another 45 mins on hold. CVS is horrible to deal with and their min clinic isn't any better ! I will never use them again!

Don't bother making an appt because they will take walk-ins before you. It happened to me today. Poorly organized and lack of communication between the 2 providers there on Dec. 26 in the morning when I was there.

50+ mins waiting in the waiting room for my "rapid" COVID results, for something that should NOT have taken more than 10 mins tops. You have a potential COVID patient sitting in the waiting room for almost an hr around other customers while I can hear the provider on the phone. Should not be waiting this long for results for a rapid COVID test.

Made appt online day before for 4/18. Super simple and user friendly system. Arrived 10 minutes before appt and checked in. 5 minutes later NP Gott called me into exam room. She was friendly, answering all my questions. Even pulled up CDC guidelines regarding COVID booster. Great experience!

I would give zero if I could. Went in for a simple tetanus booster. A young worker was sitting and scanning his phone. I found a checkin computer and spent the ten minutes filling everything out. After the last question the computer just showed the spinning circle. Eventually it said it was going to time out and cancel session. I was able to revive the timer by touching the screen. I asked the young kid for assistance and he told me I could go get his manager who I could find on aisle 8. Sure, walk away from all my personal medical info on a public device...seems smart. Eventually I let the screen timeout and the session to expire so I could leave. WORTHLESS SYSTEM!!

Website says walk-ins welcome. Walked in and nurse practitioner gave every excuse in the book to tell me that she will not have me as a walk in. Sad, because this place is usually very accommodating.

I have been coming here for 2 yrs. since Covid to avoid the Dr. office for everything from all my vaccines, Covid tests and sick visits. Every time has even great. In fact I have recommended Minute Clinic to all my family.Until last night. I have asthma. I had to use my inhaler and realized it was low. I tried to call in a refill, which I've only gotten at CVS, and they refused to refill without a visit. I cannot be without my inhaler. I told the pharmacist, it's not like my asthma went away, it's a chronic condition. That would be like saying I have diabetes and can't get my shots. Ridiculous. So it was 5pm and the Minute Clinic was open until like 7pm. I could not get an appointment online, so I drove to the store for a walk in. The ladies on staff were so rude. They ignored me like I didn't exist. I kept trying to verbally get their attention. After about 10 minutes they finally acknowledged me and asked if I had an appointment. I said no, I just need my inhaler. They directed me to the check in kiosk. Again, no appointments available. I tried to again verbally get their attention and I was ignored. Again after about 10 min of standing at their check in desk, the lady asked me again what I needed. I again tried to explain I just need my inhaler. She then gave me a walk un paper that was on a clipboard the whole time on this desk. After about 10 more minutes I was called in. The two ladies treated me horrible. They were rushing like their was a fire. One asking me questions the other taking my vitals. They were verbally short, rude and annoyed with me. The one working the data entry was scolding me for not going to my doctor. She was telling me I have to go to a doctor and began listening all the things I have to go for. I don't have half the things she wanted checked. Then she reprimanded me for not taking allergy medicine. I don't need allergy medicine. She stated obviously I do if I have asthma and an inhaler. It was the worst I have ever been treated. I would have walked out if I didn't need my inhaler.I don't know who these 2 ladies were, I've never seen them before. But the black lady was the worst. Scolding me, repremanding me, telling me I have to go to a doctor, telling me I need tests I don't have body parts for.I am now hesitant and skeptical to go back. I trusted them with my health and now I'm not confident who these glorified scrub wearing people are. Are they licensed? Are they certified? Beware, unless your just going for a Covid shot or vaccine, you may want to just opt for a real Urgent Care with a real doctor or PA.

Waited 40 minutes (because I’m a patient person), for a booster shot. Finally asked the nurse what was going on and he told me that someone had taken me off the schedule. Told me that I should have checked in at the kiosk, despite having gotten a text explicitly telling me NOT to check in.Nurse was sitting at his computer for over 15 minutes after the previous patient without coming out to check on the people waiting.

I do NOT recommend for COVID TESTING. The infos they have online (the results for PCR tests 1-2 days ) are completely different than what they tell you AFTER processing your personal infos and testing: variable between 2-3 days or even 3-5 days. Be aware of the discrepancy: the infos provided on their site are NOT accurate! Especially when you need the tests for traveling reason and they are time sensitive! They really need to update!

The practitioner here could not account for the kiosk being down, and had a clipboard for walk-ins. She took a really long time with each appointment, resulting in no walk-ins being able to be seen. After an hour and a half of waiting, I asked if she was planning on seeing any of the 6 or so walk-ins waiting and she said “the kiosk is broken. What do you want me to do about it?” I suggested she try to fit people in between appointments to make things a little more equitable to which she replied “they have appointments. There’s nothing I can do”. I’d suggest for a patient to only use this clinic with a pre-scheduled appointment, as it’s clear they see no priority in treating walk-ins.
