Yes this is the place you can come and feel safe. These ladies and 1 gentleman have been very helpful in setting up my accounts. They have been very informative on the different services they provide and how to access them. They even called me in advance to let me know when my CD was coming to maturity. Exceptional personalized customer service. The staff knows each customer by name and is very helpful. Myself and my parents have been customers for years. And the rates are much better than other banks!

The customer service is despicable to you say the least. The teller Doreen rolls her eyes at you in disrespect and the manager Jackie is very argumentative. They make up stories to protect themselves instead of taking responsibility for their actions. I have been banking for 47 years and have never witnessed this first hand. They ought to be ashamed of themselves for treating a customer like this. I wouldn't recommend anyone to bank at Am Trust (New York Bank)
