We just recently refinanced our home and used Ocotillo Home Lending. Granted I’ve met Caroline Strok a few years ago but this was the first time I’ve worked with her per her business. What an amazing experience! The constant contact from options to choose from, e documents to sign, to her review and informing us of where we can save on additional financing, to final closing. Caroline worked with us every step of the way and all during the Christmas Holiday. Who meets with clients on Christmas Eve? Caroline did. She takes customer service to a new level. Gordon and I greatly appreciated her dedication and professionalism. To anyone looking for a mortgage broker we highly recommend Caroline Strok and Ocotillo Home Lending! Thank you Caroline

Caroline got my loan done lighting fast. She was always communicative and helpful and got me the same rate a Penny mac for around half the closing costs and a fraction of the time.....7 days vs 45 to 60 days. Highly recommend. Thanks Caroline!

I am a very busy and extremely disorganized person, so the idea of doing refinancing was off the table for me because I didnt think i can handle the details no matter how attractive the rates are. I got a referral from 3 friends to Caroline, and the experience was amazing! Very clear communication, very upfront about the options and pros/cons of each, and honestly secured the best rate for me. She is extremely organized and managed to guide me thru the process and make it very simple, we closed the refinance in record time. I am very happy with the experience, I don't think I will use any other lender for any future work I have.
