I purchased a gift card and I gave it to my granddaughter and when she went to use it they said it had already been used. Clearly it hadn't. My daughter-in-law spoke with the manager who was nice but unable to help. Her and I both tried several times to call customer service who continually hung up on us. We have been nothing but courteous. We never could get through so it was not resolved.

I like the store a lot!! Came to the mall to do some Christmas shopping, I walked in at 8pm and the second we walked in the employees said they were closed and kicked us out while others were still in the store shopping. Closing an hour before you're supposed to, on a Friday? AND denying business when I was planning on spending money at Pacsun. Their loss!

i bought some expensive essentials clothing from this store and bought them in my usual size, went home to try it on and the Larges run like a 2XL it looks like a dress. literally bought it yesterday and came back the next day only for them to tell me they can't do exchanges on essentials. wasn't even 24 hours that i had the clothing for and i wasn't asking for a refund just a clean exchange and they said they couldn't even give me an exchange. will never give my money to this place and recommend you do the same.

I got rung up by a very professional guy when I purchased my gift card. However, I had to move over to his register from the one I was in. Why? Because, the first girl that was helping me purchase my gift card was sucking on a ring pop and wiping her lips off with her hands and then touching the card I was about to purchase. I got a new card and watched her put it back with the rest.Ive worked in retail for 20 years. Managed at Nordstrom for 12 of those years and we were just trained to be professional and to use our common sense. Especially during the last few years, cleanliness is crucial. Aside from the mere fact that she thought it was cool to just eat at the registers and think nothing of it, is astounding. I would just train employees better. Last guy that helped me did it right. That’s why I gave 4 stars.

The store is layed out nicely. The people were all busy doing things that needed done. Unfortunately, the clientele is not any where near respectful of the store. The Store deserves a good rating.

The young lady working the register last night (Monday) made a snarky remark at my daughter. She was buying clothes and the rude girl asked "Are you sure this is the right size? We might have a better selection online". I was baffled and asked to speak to a manager about this and the lady just said, "The manager isn't here". My daughter fits an XL, the second to largest size they carry. I'm starting to see a trend with all of these companies only catering to stick-thin girls and selling ripped, cheap versions of graphic t-shirts from the 80s. We just went on the website to see the "better selection" this girl was talking about. And to no surprise the only shirts in a size XL or XXL were only graphic tees. No girly clothes in either size- just faded, ripped, and cheugy boy shirts. My other daughters will not support or shop at a place that isn't inclusive to their sister who is merely one size bigger than them.

If it was possible to leave a review with negative stars, I would. EVERY time I shop with pacsun (for my daughter) there are "issues" getting a refund for returns. Even though I have receipt and tags still on unworn items. Today's excuse was "we're having trouble with our machine giving refund to cards but we can give you a store credit." I e already ordered items I needed online because the store doesn't have enough inventory. The girl nor the manager could figure out how to do it. I bet if I wanted to buy something they could figure it out.Here's an idea, maybe open the drawer and give me CASH.

Honestly was looking for some Christmas gifts from PacSun and Honestly felt no positive vibes from none of the employees working. I was waiting to be helped and no one greeted me. Even had some questions about sizing on their shoe walls but felt no positive vibes. I work in customer service myself and I feel this whole crew needs new training on greeting and being more attentive to customers.

Store was very busy today, but that was no excuse for the rude behavior of customer service at the register. The last few times I've purchased clothing here, the dressing rooms have either been closed or the lines to get in extremely long, so I have opted to purchase without trying on the clothes, and inevitably return some items that don't fit right. Today I was returning a few items and purchasing other items. I approached the register and the young woman working it did not respond to my initial pleasantries. When I expressed the need to return some items, she rolled her eyes and was in an obvious state of annoyed distress. It was very uncomfortable, and I do believe that if the job is causing her that much angst, the employee discount probably isn't worth it to continue to work there. To make matters worse, she didn't put the receipt for my purchase today in my bag, and it looks like I need to return one item. I'm very afraid.

Beautiful well kept store. The staff and Management are a pleasure to deal with and a real asset to the Company. Totally enjoyed the shopping experience!

If I could give this place a zero I would!!! The employee's are super rude and the first time I went a worker shoved me and I did not say anything because I thought it was an accident but, then she rolled her eyes at me and was rude for the rest of the time I was there. She wasn't the only rude employee in fact there have been MANY more, I even tried to contact PacSun but absolutely nothing was done. I truly don't recommend shopping here, I regret the amount of money I spent that day because the experience was horrible.
