I called in advance to make sure they had helium. They were able to blow up 2 larger sized balloons for a birthday celebration event hough I bought them elsewhere. Clerks are fast and friendly.

Always a pleasure to shop at this location! I get balloons 4-6 times a year and they are always super friendly and even get free delivery when you buy in bulk.

4 employees there, only one checking customers. The other employees were doing store tasks. I ended up in a long line of customers waiting to pay for merchandise. After 10 minutes I put back my merchandise and left empty handed. This is not the first time I’ve had this experience at this location.

I ordered balloons for a special event, not knowing that i gave the wrong date. I spoke with Molly and she went above and beyond for me. She blew up 30 balloons and stayed after closing hours to accommodate me. Exceptional customer service, thanks you again Molly, Party City is lucky to have you!

I ordered a large order of balloons to be delivered to my home for two of my grandkids birthday parties a week in advance. I spent almost $200.00 on the order and I paid a tip for the delivery driver. I also spent more than 20 minutes explaining the balloon order just to make sure it was just right. As the party time approached no balloons were delivered. I called and asked to speak to the manager and he did not even apologize he just said "oops". He did not care that they were the only vendor that did not show deliver the services that I paid for upfront and in full. As I did not receive a refund I went in the very next day and at first I was told that my order was probably delivered to the wrong person. Upon additionally checking, there my order was sitting on the counter not ever blown up. The manager admitted to knowing about the order I requested a refund and I nicely complained about the manager who did not care or even apologize. This is such bad business. I spend thousands per year at this location. They will never again receive my business! Such a shame!!!

Terrible customer service. I guess you have to wait for the employees to finish personal conversations before getting any assistance. I was the only customer in line and had to walk over to the 3 employees chatting and ask if there was a register open. While the cashier was ringing me up there was no interaction at all. No "thank you" or anything at all.

Lost 20 year customer over flat balloons worst experience l ever had ruined my traditional gift for Granddaughter 1st Birthday they could care less poor customer service all they want our our DOLLARS Shame on Party City and you're worthless apology means nothing to your customers SHAME SHAME SHAME in Party City does not want customers just MONEY and disappoint Seniors and Children

The manager was unbelievably RUDE!! I feel that the manager was extremely NASTY!!! This person in charge with that title of "Manager" went straight to that person's head. There was NO Smile, No Hello come on in. From the moment I stepped into the store I heard commands with prejudice, like she hated older people!!All I wanted to do is buy 4 numbered ballons (2022) for a graduation.I had to call the police to get things straightened out.!!! UNBELIEVABLE BUT TRUE!!!!!

Was able to to get the pinata I was looking for. They actually had a good selection. That was also friendly and helpful.However I was disappointed that they did not have the party favor bins that they had at the Foothills Mall location in Tucson. Maybe cuz it was a smaller store?

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in retail. The cashier asked me to wait in an area (pointed to an area at the end of the cash registers). Another employee came over and told us we were “confusing other customers and needed to move”. I tried to explain that the other cashier told us to wait there while they took care of my order and she said. “No you need to move your order can take up to two hours”. I tried to explain that we had already been waiting 30 minutes for something we were told would take a couple of minutes and she cut me off and said “no two hours”. I said that would have been nice to know half an hour ago (as they all watched me standing there with a crying baby in my arms). I asked to speak to a manager and she (in an extremely rude tone) said she was the manager and that I needed to go walk around the store until they notified me that my item was ready. Never experienced anything like it and hope that nobody else ever does.

You would expect this store to have better customer service during the Halloween season, but it is quite the opposite. I walk in and ask for balloons for a party and turns out they only can make 5 for you due to a “helium shortage”. This apparent “helium shortage” has been going on for years now and after all these years it really starts to make you question if the helium shortage is real and they are just making up this “helium shortage” due to pure laziness. But hey just a theory. Also there is poor management at this location and if you wanted to shop at a party city , I would recommend you choose a different location.
