I had an appointment scheduled. check in took 20 minutes. waited another 15 minutes before service started. technician was chatting with another guest and eating food up front. other technicians were standing around. service still had not started. waiting room and bathroom were disgusting and very dirty. overall service was poor and will not be returning.

First time here getting my car inspected by Annette at the front desk she was courteous, professional, and efficient with the service she provided me. Overall I rate this place 10 stars! Excellent customer service. Thank you so much for your help.

Annette was absolutely wonderful! She was insightful, patient, and kind. Not only did she know what she was talking about, she was happy to share her knowledge by answering our (MANY) questions. I will travel any distance if it means Annette will be the person helping me! 10/10 would recommend!

Very bad customer service I would give zero cars if I could, I came in last week after waiting in lobby for around 15 minds unnoticed, when I finally brought it to their attention I was treated like I wasn’t wanted there, this location needs a major facelift when it comes to service, after all the customers are always right

*BELIEVE ALL OF THE BAD REVIEWS* came in today for a full diagnostic as promised by one of the representatives on Saturday, Uri the guy at front desk told me I was here for an oil change which wasn’t accurate. We weren’t greeted, as soon as we walked in he seemed irritated that we were there. I was coming to get codes looked at due to a light on my dashboard. I guess the guy wasn’t in that originally spoke with, and Uri the guy that took care of me and my friend wasn’t filled in but he had the worst attitude ever. The guy I spoke to on the phone was very nice!! so I was happy and excited to patron a mechanic that could possibly be my regular mechanics. Uri was so rude I began to record everything on my phone in disbelief at his attitude and horrible customer service skills, when we first walked in his whole demeanor was rude, not apologetic that we had wasted time and gas. He told me an oil change was 148 and we were fully prepared to pay for it because he said where we bought the car was closed and and it had to be approved, he didn’t ask if we wanted to pay out of pocket and be reimbursed through our car company he just basically rushed us out and wanted us gone, he’s losing the company money because we would have paid out of pocket until everything was sorted out we just wanted to make sure our car was okay. I asked for his manager and he told me her name was Annette but didn’t have a card or any contact info. I mean I don’t expect much from a chain like pep boys auto, but I did expect Atleast some human decency and for Uri to Atleast be apologetic. I will be contacting corporate or whoever I have to to make sure that this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Uri should be fired immediately he makes the whole business look bad and what business wants to lose money?! Again believe the reviews !! They aren’t lying 1/21/24

Dishonest Management - stay away!!!I have been visiting this location for the last 10 years for tire servicing and oil change.The last store manager, Scott, has been the reason why I keep coming back. He was honest and looked out for my interest.However, my last few visits have been extremely frustrating and disappointing.Recently, I brought my puntured tire to be fixed, and it was under road hazard warrenty. The store manager refused to fix the tire giving reasons such as the puntured location is not fixible and the tire is too old with hairline cracks.I was frustrated and upset as I know this can be fixed. I left the shop for another Pepboy location a few blocks away.The service technician at the other location looked at the punctured tire and immediately said this was absolutely repairable.After this experience, I know I should never return to Pepboy shop.From here on, I am better off getting my tire servcing from Costco and oil change at Walmark.

Anette, Chris and even Henri (mechanic) were absolutely awesome! They serviced me in getting a much needed alignment after installing new tires. Great customer service and quality service done in a timely manner.

I needed a vehicle inspection to continue driving for Lyft, Uri was very thorough and quick and had me back in the road in no time, I will be sure to return to pep boys specifically this location for all of my future vehicle needs.
