Brought my car in cause the ac went out. Put in a new fuse but it didn't work. Hit a speed bump and the ac came back on. So I wanted to have a mechanic look it over. They inspected it at no charge to me! They could have easily ripped me off (I'm a female) but they didnt!! It's great to know there is an honest place close by that values female customers!!! Thank you so much!

I'm giving 3 stars since my AC issue was resolved, but the overall experience was atrocious. Despite scheduling online, manager Fidel treated me and my mom dismissively upon arrival, as if using their online system was a crime. He was rude and non-committal about fixing my car, despite confirming the appointment with him over the phone earlier that same day. However, as soon as my dad joined us, Fidel's attitude miraculously changed – suddenly he was helpful and accommodating. It's clear that had my dad not been there, my car wouldn't have been looked at. Fidel even lied about resolving a car issue that remains unresolved. If you're a woman, steer clear of this location; their service reeks of misogyny.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Fidel & Larry are the BEST!! I had an automotive emergency on my way from Phoenix headed to Tucson for important business and contacted multiple repair shops for assistance and NOBODY was able or willing to help me! All the other shops told me that I had to schedule an appointment or come back later in the week!
I called Fidel/Larry and they said bring your car in immediately and we will get it done and have you back on the road today! Sure enough, even though they had a store full of other customers and new ones that walked in without an appointment, as per their promise, they fixed my car and had me on the road the same day and I was able to make it to my business appointment in Tucson! If you need automotive repairs/assistance I would suggest ONLY going to these guys! 5 STAR Experience & 5 STAR Service!!
