I buy dog food here regularly. It is pretty convenient. Not sure about prices seems ok.

I bought some mealworms from this location not knowing that you needed to check the cup to make sure the worms were alive and well. When I realized a lot of them were dead I called and asked if they could do an even exchange. I got so much more than I could have hoped for. Not only did they immediately accept and apologize for the dead worms, they brought me an entire 500 ct container of worms from the back for me to take home. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I really like this location. It's a smaller store but every cashier I've interacted with has been very nice. The only downside is a lot of times they have non-profits outside the door asking for donations, that's kind of annoying.

We have an excellent and very professional trainer named Maddie. She not only loves what she does, shes very engaged and observant of our dog's behavior. Really understands breed-specific needs.

I took my dog here to get vaccinated through the Vetco clinic and my experience was horrifying, they messed up my dog's record and labeled him as highly aggressive. They put a muzzle on him but tighter it to the point where my dog had difficulty breathing and they had 2 veterinarians restraining him on the table. They then tried to apply the deworming medication but all of it dropped out because the muzzle was way too tight. I politely asked if I could stand near my dog so he wouldn't be as frightened but they insisted that I had to stand almost 75 feet away. It's a shame because I've been coming here for several years now and it definitely be my last. It was so hard for me to watch as my 20 pound corgi was manhandled and thrown around. The abusive actions of these veterinarians should not be tolerated and compensation of messing up the records should not just be "sorry." If you care for your animal, as any animal parent will, you wouldn't want to go through what I've experienced.

I was at this location, asked for assistance twice and was totally ignored ! Finally I left telling the worker that I was leaving because I was ignored and she shrugged her shoulders! Such a difference from Petsmart!

Disappointed in the LACK of customer service this particular store provided yesterday. Not only are the associates lacking in communication and customer service skills, but the manager is absolutely horrible. NEVER will I shop here again! I'll go elsewhere and I used to typically spend $100.00 every time I stopped here. The example starts with the manager. He's a POOR example.

This place is wonderful. Great customer service, clean store and they really care about COVID precautions! There was a couple customer while I was there yesterday that treated the employees AWFULLY when they asked them to wear masks and they responded very calm polite and firmly. It's nice to be in a place that cares!

Rick is such an awful store employee that I downloaded this app just to complain about him. I'm not a "Karen", I don't normally complain and I always try to be really nice to service staff, but Rick's behavior was so horrendous and I was so uncomfortable that I left the store entirely. He has nothing but a sad lifetime of bad customer service jobs to look forward to, and I pity him for that. Also, I brought my dog there specifically to get his nails done and the groomers took 2 and a half hours and didn't even bother to cut one of his dew claws, which reallllllllllly needs it. 0/10 experience. Would not recommend. Go to Petsmart.

Horrible grooming service. I made appointment almost two weeks in advance, and recieved the shots needed prior to service explanation etc. I told them my dog recieved his shot there and they told me they would verify and send appointment reminder when everything was set. I recieved my email reminder with confirmation, and when I get there they tell me they need to call to confirm shots given. Why would you not confirm prior to me arriving that shot records could not be found so I could bring them with me? Why confirm appointment then turn me away and wasting my time? The groomer was rude, and when I asked why they didn't confirm prior... she said, I just did right now. Horrible customer service and people skills. Will never buy anything from this store or use services.

I went into this store as I was in the area and I was unable to find dog boots in my dogs size in my area. I did not think I had to physically open the product and inspect it. However, when I got home, it was an unfortunate surprise that I was sold pre-used dirty dog boots. Highly disappointed

The fish department's customer service is always very friendly and gives helpful advice. We are getting a Fishtank going and want to make sure everything is balanced correctly. The fish department staff is very knowledgeable and informative. They even told my nine-year-old daughter to call back at any time if she has any questions. Thanks guys

we went in to purchase a ferret yesterday, and asked an associate to help us handle them. he rolled his eyes when we said hello, then he asked if we were interested in purchasing (i cant remember his name- blond hair in a bowl cut, blue petco shirt) and we said yes, we were considering purchasing one. he said "well, we arent supposed to let anybody hold them" and started to unlock the cage. his manager then shouted across the store (dark brown hair, facial hair, green petco shirt) that they werent allowing people to hold the ferrets, no matter what. how are they supposed to sell any without people holding them? he didnt come to talk to us further, just continued shouting to his coworker from across the store. we had gone to about 3 other petcos that day and the ones we had gone to let us handle them since we are both adults and we had the money to purchase a ferret at that moment. however, these two associates were incredibly rude and missed out on a ferret sale. i understand store policy about not letting people handle them for fun and games, but we had stated that we wanted to purchase a ferret from them. anyways, after what seemed to be the shift lead or manager had shouted at us, he walked past us to stand at the door and stare us down as my partner and i talked about whether or not we wanted to buy a ferret we dont know the personality of. as we walked out, they said nothing to us, just stared us down as we walked to our car. all in all, not a great experience and made us feel incredibly unwelcomed in their store.
