Rapidly losing air pressure in left rear tire. Stopped at Love' hoping someone at the Truck stop could help us. Drove around back and found the Truck Tire shop!! Alex came out into the 114 degree heat, confirmed she heard a leak. Then went back in to get a spray bottle of soap and water, spent a few minutes with us, located the leak and marked it for us. Then sent us to Discount Tire for a free repair. Service "above and beyond" as we say in the military.

The place is actually called firebird fuel a division of Western refining. There is no cash register there is no convenient stand to buy anything but south of commercial gas station there is a Chevron. This place is mainly for commercial use it requires a card to purchase gas like an ATM machine.

the customer service phone number to report dirty bathrooms, rude staff, nasty food, disorganized store is: 1-800-OK-LOVES Store #328 ALL Loves travel plazas have signage that states so, unless they're gross and get many complaints. That is usually when then staff rips down the sign. Years go by before a mediocre manager is fired/quits and a good manager is hired, who prints out a sign and does their job. The managers here are very underqualified and that shows in their lack of common sense and know how. Every other travel plaza will open a shower for woman to use, so a man can clean the restroom when the women are not cleaning it. The toilets haven't been cleaned in weeks. Not one person has lifted the seat or their hands to clean this place. They aren't crazy busy. they are crazy unorganized, lazy and defensive about it. I mean every driver knows as soon as you walk into a Loves someone yells "hello!" or "welcome to Loves". Here they ignore you and hope you go away because they all hate their jobs. The managers need help in prioritizing duties to get a shared goal complete. Like stop stocking an item (that no one is interested in) to help the customers, so a female employee can clean the bathroom. Make employees clean the bathroom before clocking out. Re-established schedules since every other Loves in this country has a clean as hell bathroom before 8am. Waiting for a Monday delivery is hell here. I have been observing the worst managers and staff. Not a surprise just a disappointment. And there are people sleeping on cardboard behind my trailer?!?! it is good that the only people comfortable with this shithole are homeless people.

Place was not fully stocked. Coffee has so much grounds. Short staff. Some people shouldn't work there if they hate their job. Customer service is key.

It may not be love, but I really, really like it. Don't call Love's a "convenience store" ... heck, I don't think "Travel Stop" even begins to cover it. Since this is Yelp, let's start with the FOOD. Yeah, sure, it's the kind of food you may expect to find at a truck stop, but the scale and quality is higher than most. You can cleanse your palette with a surprisingly fresh fruit cup or, like at any well-stocked travel stop, partake in the rows and rows of chips and dips and candies that should meet anyone's sweet or salty tooth needs. On the less nutritious and more delicious side, they definitely know how to make a hot dog! I was transfixed by the gigantic island of food, the rollers -- like 10 or so of 'em: several with different types of high-quality dogs from Schwab's. On the other rollers, you'll find (for one) different flavors of Tornados. Tornados, for those unaware, are a, well, tornado of Mexican-style ingredients wrapped in a batter-dipped and fried tortilla: Cheese and Pepperoni, Southwest Chicken (for which I can vouch for its yumminess), and Steak Ranchero. You'll also find the famed Roller Bites brand, known for its excellent breakfast scramblers. It definitely lives up to its name, "Travel Shop", as the amenities are bountiful: 24-hour auto service (from cars to diesel trucks), showers, speedy Wi-Fi, copiers and fax machines, overnight parking, document scanning (through TripPak Express), and the capability to take almost EVERY IMAGINABLE payment type (from Apple and Android Pay to gas cards like QuikQ). There's also the abundant mishmash: Clothes, souvenirs, inexpensive DVDs, phone accessories for any cell phone need, travel gear (like neck pillows), toys, sunglasses, hats, batteries, and the rest of Love's infinite variety. And, if all that doesn't float your boat, there's an actual Arby's inside. On second thought, maybe this is Love!

Unprofessional 2 of management looks good and other staff are great but 2 members of management are rude and unprofessional that's all I'm going to say without saying no names I will give that to higher authorities I see why a employee said that she hates her manager which I overheard

Stop here almost every time passing through. Easy access right off the freeway. Has an Arby's restaurant inside and McDonald's across the street. Decent restrooms and ok selection on snacks. Well lit at night. Not a ton of parking though.

For a truck stop this place has the worst bathrooms. It looks as if they clean them maybe once or twice a day. I usually seek out truck stops for a good bathroom but I've been to this one several times and have always been disappointed by the cleanliness. I hope they fix this problem soon.
