I had a package that needed to be shipped via FedEx this showed up as a FedEx location but it is a privately owned logistics company. I had the privilege of speaking with Bongsu. My package was slightly larger than what they accept and he recommended I went to a different location I explained I was on a time crunch even offered to tip him he made an exception and accepted the larger package on a Saturday understanding I had a time crunch to achieve that morning 10 out of 10 stars if I could would recommend this company it was an absolute gentleman and willing to work with me and understood that I just needed to get that package out as soon as possible Great company. And Bongsu is an amazing guy!

Took a Fedex return package but when I showed QR code person said they could not accept and I will have to take it to a fedex office. He did not tell me that if I printed the label and stuck it on the box they could ship it.

The owner is very nice and helpful. Even if you have a prepaid return - they will accept it and I've never had any issues with the package not being picked up. I've shipped both USPS and UPS returns with no issues. They also have a print center if you need.

Went in to mail a FedEx ex package.100% ready to go. The guy said just leave it on counter I will get it. I said I will wait because I want a drop off receipt. He then proceeds to tell me every reason why I don't need one. I politely said I will wait for a receipt and he rolled his eyes and stated I dont understand what he's saying. I'm not leaving a package with anyone that has a very expensive item in it. Was just quite rude.

Very rude owner, he refused to give me a receipt for shipping a Fed Ex package and told me to go somewhere else, absolutely the worst customer service I have had.

This location has great customer service no matter who is manning the shop. Not to mention the owner is kind and expeditious. You can ship USPS, UPS, and FEDEX.Beat prices, customer service, and flexibility of any shipping location along Riggs Rd.
