Everything looks nice, but the furniture was not of quality. Cabinet drawers on ever piece of furniture will not last because they are only glued and tacked together. What happened to dovetails to hold furniture? Nice looking store, but the high price for poor quality is not worth it. In my opinion...smh

Chandler Az pottery barn. Worst shopping experience ever. Poor management. They have displayed items they can’t sell because they are sold out. Take the display down. They can’t ship from Tucson. It is so frustrating as a consumer to see items displayed you can’t purchase. Put a sold out sign on it so we can all live in peace!

I'm not surprised to see how low their rating is. Haha! My MIL and I came to this location yesterday to look at the Christmas items. The employees are so "busy" they see customers as an inconvenience. They never greet you, let alone, ask if you need help. My MIL found a beautiful ornament she wanted to purchase and went up to the cash register where there was someone "working" behind the counter. She never acknowledged us so my MIL told her she wanted to purchase an item. The employee then went into a barrage of excuses as to why she couldn't help her. I finally just stopped her and said "We want to pay for this item, where can we pay for it?!" She said "Maybe at the register over there." These people have no clue about what their job position entails. We put the item back and just left. Terrible experience. When we got home we told my SIL who lives in the area. She said she loves pottery barn but never goes to that location because of their terrible customer service. Avoid this place!

Every time we shop at this location, we feel like we’re an inconvenience for the staff when trying to ask about ordering furniture. The staff always seems like they’d rather be doing anything else other than helping the customers. Last night, I was trying to find out about ordering a sectional online versus in store and the associate I approached was rude and unfriendly. When I asked about the lead time ordering stating that online it said about 5-6 weeks, her response was “well, if that’s what it said.” She then told me to order through them so they get credit. Because of consistent experiences like this, we choose to go to the Scottsdale Quarter store where the customer service is much better and we feel that they want to earn our sale.

This place was definitely for another demographic. It was full of old men sitting around waiting for their wives to stop gasping at how beautiful the decorations were.

Friendly and helpful manager who acknowledged guys looking at bed linens. Ha! Super helpful in explaining their Belgian Bed duvet and even gave some pointers around how to keep them nice and white (especially with dogs...perhaps we bonded as dog parents).Decided to go with their tencel line since these felt the softest. I really only intended on getting a duvet cover but couldn't resist and bought the sheet set too. The employee that rang us up was also very friendly and was really helpful in bagging our lux sheets. This store is the best place in town to get high end quality products with amazing customer service!

Having shopped at PB for years without an issue, recently noticed a hand towel from a set I received for Christmas was developing a hole from a flaw in the material weave...took to store to exchange for a new one, however I was informed that store policy had changed and now all exchanges or returns must have a receipt..it was a gift, I don't have a receipt...and to think I had asked for BP towels-never again!

I called to ask if an item was available in the store (to avoid the delivery charge), at first the person did not seem to understand my question.Does your store have (a particular furniture item - I asked by name of the piece).I had to rephrase a couple of times, then, finally,I was told furniture has to be ordered, no furniture is sold out of the stores.

We renovated our house, and we spent a ton of money at the store. Well, the service was great and it was fun shopping. That experience quickly went downhill when it came to the delivery. I cannot tell you how many times I was on the phone with the manager Shawna at the Chandler Store, trying to figure out our delivery schedule. They are in the middle of changing delivery companies, and her whole experience was a nightmare. to end it we are heading out of state for the summer. We still had two barstools to be delivered. They gave us a schedule of between 2-4pm on June 9. We rearrange our whole day around the schedule. An hour before they told us that it would not be 2 to 4 it would be 4 to 6. And unfortunately we had made plans and we're not going be home and we were leaving for Michigan in a couple days. We ended up canceling our barstool order because they could not deliver on time. I will be contacting the headquarters about our experience, but I would not do business with PotteryBarn even though this stuff is super cool, it's not worth the hassle. In addition we are building a home in Michigan and gifts which store we will not be using to furnish it? #bigfail

My husband and I ordered a dining table and chairs in June 2022. It is the only time I have purchased anything from Pottery Barn and, unfortunately, will be the last. Our dining set was supposed to arrive originally in January 2023. We prepared to wait the 7 months for arrival only because we really loved the set and could not find anything close to it. January came and went. In April we were scheduled for delivery only to be called back and told, “Oops, we should not have been scheduled because all the pieces had not arrived.” We waited another 2 weeks. Then we were scheduled for delivery again and I stayed home from work to receive the shipment only to be called an hour before delivery that some of the pieces were damaged. We had to wait another few weeks for a replacement. We were told that we would receive a discount due to all the issues and never received the discount. We were then scheduled again for delivery. I stayed home from work again to receive the shipment. When they arrived with furniture it was only the table and no chairs. We made it clear that we wanted everything delivered at one time. I refused delivery and called to cancel orders and receive a refund. I was told order was cancelled and that I would receive full refund within 3-5 days. As of today, more than 7 days later, I have only received part of my refund and was just called again to receive shipment of the rest of my order that I already cancelled. I was charged for my full order in January and it is June and still have nothing to show for it. The amount of time I have spent coming home from work and on the phone is completely ridiculous and unacceptable!! I will NEVER purchase another item from Pottery Barn!!
