This place is ridiculous trying to get ahold of them. I called four times at least. I did the thing for them to call me back the first time and missed it because I was working. Another time I stayed on the phone for over a hour because it didn’t give me an option to call me back. Then it hung up on me. I tried using the chat and no response. So if it’s important don’t even try calling. I guess try going in to the actual facility.

If you can't get ahold of these guys through the phone # like me just go to their website and click on contact us and then click on chat now. They respond quick to set appointments or for questions

Would recommend finding a different company to do your interlock. The customer service line will never be answered, which can be a huge problem if there is an issue with the device or services.

This company does not care or want to help you in any way. I have routinely dealt with wait times on the phone of 2-3 hours, and when I finally reached someone to complain, I was put on hold for another hour. This company DOES NOT CARE-DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been trying to contact this place to set up an appointment for 2 days in a row. Waiting on a call for 2 hours, the website said it's not busy but no one is there to answer the call? I even submit a callback option and still nothing.

As a customer for a year, i recently switched from Tempe location to Gilbert quickstart shop. Night and day!! The guys at Gilbert are amazing, fast and dont remind you of your past to say the least. Every person working here is awesome, calm, and efficient. No assumptions are made and no one loses their temper. Its quite comforting as having an interlock is already miserable. Thanks again to these guys for being so nice! Wish i could give them recognition!

The guys at the actual place or "technicians" are good and super nice. But the girls that answer the phone are horrible. They have an attitude and you calling them is clearly an inconvenience to them.

There should be a no star button granted I had to have 3 appointments moved because of the phone help and no one could do an install swap I managed at this location the guy was mad I had an install swap like I'm trying to do the right thing.....I would not recommend this service quick start to anyone

Boyfriend started going here in March. They never once sent the calibrations to the DMV and he had his license suspended. We didn't find out until September (today). We only found out because he hasn't received a letter of removal from the DMV and they informed him of what happened.
