Had an extremely negative reaction with a Qt Employee wearing a black shirt around 3 at night Thursday June 5th 2025 I was thinking about what I wanted to purchase from the store and was very rudely asked âdo you need somethingâ like I was inconveniencing them for even being there. In confusion I asked what on earth they were talking about and why they were taking that tone of voice with me and was told âif your going to be like that get outâ as someone who has worked in the customer service industry this wasnât a anticipating customers needs type of thing it was rude and disrespectful. The proper thing to say would have been hi how are you! Can I help you with anything today? Instead of someone being rude and saying do you need something in a snotty tone of voice and then arguing. Itâs it wasnât what was said but it was how it was said. ! Very unprofessional!

Too many car campers allowed in parking lot. Need to post signs similar to other businesses,that say fifteen years minute or thirty minute parking!!!!!!!

7$ car wash for the cheap one. Guess days of reasonable prices are in the past. Doesn't even get the bird poop off the hood or windows.

The kitchen here does a bangin job. Staff is friendly and fast. The place is clean and coffee station is one of the best. Great job guys.

I liked this quick trip until I recently had some words with an employee I think she said her name was Evelyn very RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL mind you I don't know this girl me and my husband we take walks at night and we walk all the way from the other side and one night that she was working I asked her a question she responded very rudely and I told her "are you alright" because she was rude and mind you I don't know her and her response was "I DONT LIKE YOU" I told her "you don't even know me" she shrugged and I asked her for name and the managers name which she refused to give me her managers name and started being disrespectful and tried to show off around my husband on the other side by the drinks I didn't like that at all and the way she was was just UNPROFESSIONAL

Seem to be out of things constantly. This time it was lidsWhy have a cup out if you don't have lids for it. And if you suggest an alternative lids, make sure you have a straw that works with it.Absolutely go out of your way to go to the one on arizona ave, they aren't terribly managed.
